They have been very generous with loading our sandwiches with our preferred toppings!
Our food has always been delivered however I’d appreciate even more if they would follow the instructions for hand-delivering rather than leaving the food on front porch (pet peeves).

I've been ordering from this Jimmy John's location since I began working hospitality almost seven years ago. The food is always great. Fresh, delivered quickly, always so kind and professional when I call to order. They have never made a mistake on my order. Food is always fresh and that's why I still order from them almost seven years later. No one in Southport brings me food faster than this Jimmy John's location.
Food has always been exactly as requested and ::freaky:: fast.
I work about a mile down the road and often order from this store. I've always had quick delivery, but today I noticed that they printed my receipt, made my meal, and delivered it within 7 minutes. I don't even think I could do that at home! It gives new meaning to "Freaky Fast Delivery"!!!
I had the #9 sandwich. Probably the best Jimmy John's sandwich I ever had. Usually when you ask for sauce, the sandwich is dripping. Here, they put enough that it tasted good, but not dripping.
Only issue was I asked for no cheese, bit that was easy to take off.
Fresh veggies and meats, on very tasty bread. Friendly staff and fast deliveries. Visiting this store makes me forget about my wife leaving me. Store is clean inside and out. Not too expensive. Karen if you see this please call me. I will do the counseling. The wheat bread is always a healthy and delicious option. Would recommend
Fantastic food (especially for its price) and great, casual customer service both times I've been. I wish they'd deliver to my area as I only live about 10 minutes away, but the "freaky fast delivery" schtick is understandably hard to follow up on if you don't live within 2 minutes of the place and that kind of trip takes up a driver that could be delivering to other customers for about 20 minutes.
I just wish there were an option to make an exception or something as long as they have the drivers to spare and you know it won't be as fast as they advertise. I'd probably order from them once a week or so if that were the case.

I put an online order in and freaked at first because i didn't get a response...which by the way I had a nightmare of a day at work...(14 hours) and then to make it workse felt like I was being a douche when found out they closed at 9 but TYLER was ridiculously nice on the phone. I still feel like a douche for ordering food that late but I've never at a restaurant mer someone at the closing hours still excited to help. Unbelievable service, the guy needs a massive raise, or his own store, if it already is his store he needs to own his own store. Nobody understands nowadays the positive effect they have on someone's day and how far it goes when you simply just want to help. Amazing!

Fast and Fresh when you need it. I customized a sandwich in the app and am glad I took the time to reduce the calories in it so that I could have a bag of their crunchy chips without calorie overload guilt!
We love the people who work at this location! They deliver to our store almost every day. My weakness for Jimmy John's is probably the reason I can't lose weight.
