Very good service AND the food was the best!!!!
Had eaten at another location awhile back and the food was not near as good as this location 👍🏻
My favorite place to get a steakburger. Specifically the garlic steakburger. They are always so kind to give me a side of the garlic sauce that way I can dip my fries. Perfect taste!
Only reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because the gentleman working the drive through, taking orders, money and cooking the food. Today, Sunday, August 6th we almost left because the inside was closed but went to drive through instead. We noticed only one person inside. This man was apologetic, said he is doing his best and didn't complain one bit. He nailed it, we didn't have to wait forever and our order was fresh and correct! We had better service than when there have been six people working! Steak and shake give this man a raise AND bonus!
The food was good and our server was friendly. The price was great. However the service was very slow. It's exactly what you would expect from a steak and shake. Probably not their best or worst location but when I came in it took almost 45 minutes to get a milkshake. Seems like an inordinate amount of time. I would go there again if I had to but wonder what took so long to make my milkshake?
Food was delicious and the order correct, the only issue was one of my children cups had a hole in it and instead of pouring into another cup they just set it inside of another small cup which leaked in the cup carrier it was a little messy by the time we came home
These guys are always fast and friendly. Much better than the one at Post and 70...don't go there.
Excellent food, very friendly service, and fairly quick to cook. The self service is user friendly. The dining area was open when we visited and clean. The only downside was the restrooms were filthy. Still, my family thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
Love the new self serve system. I also noticed there were no plates, cups, or silverware to clean. Makes it way is easier on the staff I’m sure. Same Steak ‘n Shake food, but evolving the way they do business. I suppose it’s a good thing they are changing and keeping up with the times.
This location has 2 stars but let me tell you.... Today was a five star day there for us! Ozzy with the long beautiful locs really showed us that this location really has potential. His leadership, customer service skills, and attention to detail was on point. He made sure our food was fresh and our chili was made correctly. When our food came out it was super fresh and lightly salted as we requested! He really brought the human aspect back to a business run by kiosks and robots. We really appreciated him. He was kind and humble and handled all our requests with a smile on his face. Thanks Ozzy!
Went through drive through checked the bag they forgot my fries. Had to go inside to get my fries. That when I got the shock of a lifetime no more servers. It's like a McDonald's you order off a computer they call ur order u go up to get your order. Just letting other's aware of the change.
Went through drive up. It took forever. But my shake and fries were good!
