We had the most AMAZING SERVER EVER!! Jacqueline (Jackie) All employees were very nice. I will definitely go back and ask for Jackie!! I live over 20 min away from this location. I live 10 minutes from one by my house. I will make a special trip to have her as my server! She is caring, kind, attentive, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND! My food was bomb! I love cheese!!!🧀🧀🧀🧀 I asked her for extra on my salad. Ms. Jackie understood the assignment.🧀🧀🧀 I have never had a server actually make my salad the way I love it! Everything was great except too much Cajun seasoning on my shrimp linguine Alfredo I wanted something spicy but other wise everything was great the mushrooms and the traditional salad was great .,.... celebrating my niece birthday 🎈🎂🎈
Server Gloria P. gave us some of the best service I have had in a long time she was pleasant and friendly kept our table refilled with drinks and food. It was nice to have great service from a great waitress.
Manager had an attitude and doesn't have very pleasant people skills.I ordered the fish and chips.The fish was awesome!The Cole slaw was disgusting and no one in our group liked it.The cheddar bay biscuits did not taste like they normally do.Our two servers were awesome, professional,and attentive to our group.
I haven’t been to red lobster in years I must admit but was pleasantly surprised when my daughter and I went for lunch. We both got crab legs, because “crab fest”, and when I say it was excellent it’s not exaggeration. Everything was as fresh as can be, portions were huge, and server was super attentive. Will be back soon. Phenomenal job!!
Had the all you can eat shrimp. Our order was wrong several times but the waitress was new, didn't have much support. Food was good and she allowed us to take some home. I think she was making up for the service errors. Waitressing is tough these days.
Came here the other day, my server Derrick (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely come back.
Me and my sister enjoyed our ladies evening out at Red Lobster. Mrs. Deb gave us A-1 service and the friendly staff at the greeting desk! Mrs. Deb treated us like family! We will certainly be back and hope we can get Mrs. Deb again! Garlic Butter Crab Legs were good and drinks were good! Thank you Red Lobster N. Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN!! Great Service!!
Food was absolutely amazing! The lobster tail was the best I've ever had! The service was a little slow, but was well worth the wait! Would highly recommend but hope you get a faster server. Would be 5 stars with that!
Gloria P did an amazing job taking care of us today! Great service! Checked in to make sure we were ok and asked if we needed anything else. Very pleasant and friendly!
