Great cupcake place! The staff is very friendly and the cupcakes are very professionally made. They also taste amazing!! Plus they had free samples of their cupcakes and that is just amazing to get to try new flavors before you buy!!

I had a very unique situation. My girlfriend was turning 27 and she always ranted and raved about Gigi's Cupcakes. So, for her birthday, I decided to treat her and the office she works in to Gigi's Cupcakes. I contacted the store via email and they got back to be with in the hour. They presented me with options that were way out of my price range and options with-in my price range. So, I could make the best possible decision. I had a little bit of trouble placing my order online but I believe that was due to user error and not the establishment. When I arrived at the store, it was extremely clean and they were very welcoming. They had my order ready when I arrived and it was accurate. Though I didn't get a chance to try the cupcakes the minute I picked them up. I did get to experience the left overs. AMAZING!!!! The cakes were soft, fillings were a perfect contrast to the icing and every flavor compliments the other. Overall, my experience with Gigi's Cupcakes was great and I would highly recommend them. Great Job!!!
GiGis is so amazing! I love their cupcakes and amazing customer service. We have purchased several dozen at a time, cupcakes more than once for events and they are always good quality, delicious and the customer service is wonderful. They even somehow let me purchase an extra 3 dozen cupcakes last minute on Valentines Day when I had a cupcake emergency! They are so great.
We have a family tradition to always pick up cupcakes here on each of the kids birthdays. I picked them up and committed to ultimate foul by dropping the box hours later. Called and spoke to the owner and he was so awesome to just take my name and set my replacements aside as paid in full!! 100% Committed to customer service and always delivers on taste. You can never go wrong here!
Even getting cupcakes hours before close, they have great assortment from black forest, to chocolate chip cookie dough, to strawberry short cake and fall pumpkin. The cakes are moist with wonderful surprises and icing that melts in your mouth with detailed decorations. The staff is always helpful with suggestions, as selection is wide. The store is whimsical and delightful. Well worth it any time you are in Indy area.
I was in town for business and my bring home for my family is some kind of food. When I saw Gigi's Cupcakes, I knew I had to bring some for my son and husband! I bought the strawberry lemonade, the chocolate chip cookie dough, and the coconut caramel. These were ridiculously good! Plenty of frosting on a soft cake - I didn't even realize there is a location in my town! I will definitely return to Gigi's!
This cute little place has the best cupcakes! I was visiting from Arkansas and stopped for a sweet treat. I had a banana cream pie cupcake and was not disappointed. Definitely will be back next time I’m in town. Great Service and Great Cupcakes !
We ordered cupcakes and a cutting cake for our wedding. Libby the event coordinator did an awesome job. She wrote me the best email I received during the entire time I was planning the wedding. She send me a summary about everything that we talked and with each summary point she had included the questions on what else we need to decided on. This made it super easy to answer the email and I didnt have to dig around in my documents to figure out what we have already talked about. She was always able to answer any questions we had. It was super easy to get our cake. The delivery went smooth as well and we didnt have to worry if the cupcakes show up or not. We knew they were coming. Thank you so much for your hard work Libby.
We were there with a group of friends right at closing time. They were welcoming, friendly, and didnt rush us at all. We enjoyed our delicious cookie dough cupcakes outside on a beautiful evening. This is a great place to stop in for a nice dessert and you'll be tempted to take some home (we definitely were).
