Great place for a couple of fun drinks and nostalgia gaming.
🍺 No kids. It's 21+ because it is a bar.
🍺 FYI arcade cabinet games are free, but pinball machines cost $1
🍺 Fun free games I especially like playing at Tappers:
Galaga (1P, nostalgia)
Castlevania (1P, tag team for morale)
Gungeon (2P shooter)
Frogger (1P, classic)
Very fun atmosphere with good beer! They have a great selection of pinball games plus all the classic games are FREE! Really hard to not have a good time at this unique arcade bar in Indy.
Love this place! Such a fun place to go solo or visit with friends. Has a 1 drink minimum. Games are free with the exception of the pinball machines. Tasty drinks. A few snacks available. Not a place to grab a meal. Love that there is a spot to place your drink/ purse next to every game. Hand sanitizer located throughout the building. Bathrooms are always clean.
Great Arcade! Lots of games, great drinks and clean facility!
Loved this bar. Most games, other than pinball machines, are free. The drinks are fairly priced with a great craft selection and a nice selection of cocktails. Hand sanitizer at multiple locations. Drink stands to place your drink down with you while you play games. Areas to sit and chat. Plenty of room here for larger groups.
Tappers is a good place to go for some adult fun. My husband & I went & we had a great time. Everyone was nice & the place was clean. There were plenty of games to choose from. They do have a one drink minimum, alcoholic & non-alcoholic are available. All the games, except the pinball games, are free. Parking along the street is free.
I never thought I'd have a regular bar until Tappers came along!
With a broad selection of video games from various generations, along with a variety of pinball machines, there's something for everyone's enjoyment. There's a nice selection of local craft beer that's sure to please all tastes, along with some cocktails & other beverage options as well. Although there isn't much of a food menu (I think just chips are offered), the staff seem lenient about outside food that's brought in, and of course, the Fountain Square neighborhood has its fair share of must eat spots. An easy recommendation!
This place was a pleasant surprise. It's a lot bigger than it seemed and had a lot of games. Even had some old arcade games I've not seen before. I'd highly recommend checking this place out if you're just visiting Indy.
Freaking great time! Had 6 out of 7 games my Dad had in our basement when I was a kid! Good drinks and bartender. Would recommend going to take a trip down memory lane to all raised in the 80's!
This place is great! It was actually a lot more fun than I expected. They had a great mix of games and plenty of space to move around.
