Best staff and quick service. Cordell served us our coffee and was super nice. He even helped us pick the perfect drink. Definitely will be back on my next trip 😊
Fair warning. This is the closest Starbucks to the convention center so the line can be daunting. Staff kept it moving. Clean facility. Smaller Starbucks so I'm not sure it has all of the equipment needed to make all of the drinks that you find in a stand alone store. Breakfast and pastry items in the case. They do accept payment from the app.
Wife asked for a Skinny Mocha with coconut milk. They did not have the skinny mocha syrup. Ordered a Pike for myself. Well made😍 Very clean and beautiful location. Took some 360 deg photos of store then went to Starbucks at 364 E Market St. Got my lovely wife her skinny mocha there. Was not far either.
Never had better service at a Starbucks!! The morning crew is AMAZING! They go out of their way to make your day start off the best possible way! They smile and are clearly enjoying their job which to me is IMPORTANT!! We stayed at the JW Marriot but came to this Marriot's Starbucks for the great service.. The Staff at JW Marriot Starbucks were super RUDE!! I never even mentioned the treatment we received from JW Starbucks and got the best service because that is simply the way they do business!!

Extremely friendly and helpful. When they realized they were out of the breakfast sandwich I wanted, the manager quickly informed me and chose a super yummy sandwich. All of this was after the poor service I received at the JW Marriott experience.
Today I visited this Starbucks location with my client who has autism. It's pretty apparent that he has autism by the way that he talks (his voice carries a child-like tone). Anyways, we are regularly treated differently because of his autism. Sometimes people act scared, frightened, or just state. Your barista, Tyler, treated him so kindly and the same as everyone else. He even made him laugh a few times. After introducing himself, my client and the barista realized they shared the same first name. The barista said that's so cool! Since you're another Tyler I'd like to buy your chocolate milk. Although it may have been a small gesture to him it was a big gesture to us! Thank you so much for your kindness and respect!
