I'm not from the area, but our baby is in NICU at the hospital across the street. During his stay, we have been frequent customers at FrostTop . Coming here brightens my day and helps take my mind off things. The service is excellent. I was getting food for someone who stayed over at the hospital. The waitress asked what they wanted on their burger. I wasn't sure, so she had them start the burger and suggested she would come back to ask toppings after I called the person to ask. I thought it was a nice gesture. She was so friendly!
The food is delicious. I especially like the pulled pork and onion rings. Not a bad price either. And the drive-up service is so fun. I love how they have the trays that attach to your window. I've never been to a place that uses these. How awesome!
I highly recommend this place! It's the only thing I'll miss once our baby gets to come home.
Root beer & hotdogs are always top notch! You can’t go wrong here!! The staff is amazing.. so polite & friendly they really brighten you spirits and your day! I always love stopping here!! Don’t pass this place up, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit!!!
Sunday, June 23rd, Tony and I had the best Hot Dogs so far in West Virginia at the FROSTOP off Hal Greer Blvd in Huntington, WV for lunch. This place is Awesome. Fast service and great prices. 2 Hot Dogs and Tony had a Chocolate Milkshake. I bought my Pepsi at speedway only .89 cents there.
Waitress very friendly and food service was quick. I got a Slaw Dog with chili, onion and thin line of mustard. Tony a chili dog with onions and mustard. Great chili sauce!!! Slaw was fresh and sweet with slightly wet juicy consistency. Loved it!!! The chili is to die for. The wieners are boiled and buns steamed.

Hands down the best customer service - the people are so incredibly friendly. Also, you’ve got to try the root beer...the best I’ve ever had! Can’t beat the taste and price.
This place was great! The prices are very reasonable and they have a variety of items to choose from. They come and take your order and bring your food out to you so you can eat in your car. I thought this was really good considering our present COVID-19 situation. The food was delicious! I recommend getting a root beer float also! We will definitely go back!.

Friendly service greets you the second you park, and you have a menu of cheap expertly fried things to pick from. If you order a homemade rootbeer for “here” they will get it to you in a frosted mug that enhances the flavor of some of the best rootbeer around.
I enjoyed the Raspberry and caramel malt. The Cheese burger with bacon was the best item. Fries were a little soft for crinkle cut fries but still enjoyed. Love these old school spots when traveling. If your coming thru the Ohio River valley this is a great option.
Oh the kids loved the rootbeer floats which is what I believe is there flagship. Considering they have one spinning on the top of the roof. Way to keep it authentic with the drive in!
Tasty food. Tasty floats. Fast service even as they are extremely busy. Recommend stopping in for a bite.
