Love the coffee, the people and the atmosphere. The food is good too. Nice little perks like free drip coffee on Christmas Eve is good too.
We had a very good experience here. I had the Black tie cold brew. It was very good. It was sweet but maintained a good coffee flavor. The person behind the counter was extremely helpful and even willing and to talk about coffee with me for a while. They have a good selection of whole bean coffee. I noticed they even put the roast date on the bag. This is important if you want fresh coffee. I plan to go back.
Great place, very friendly and they do have a vegan muffin. The best coffee/tea place I've been. The service was great and I was given time to look at the menu and was offered friendly service by the ladies there. Highly recommended for a cup of coffe or tea and a great place to go for a quick hangout or a place to chitchat.
Great customer service. Asked for recommendations for frozen drink. I tried the Caramel Javiva. Loved it. Just the right amount of caramel, not too sweet and coffee was strong enough. Thanks!!
Best coffee frappe with coffee bean chips, also try new gold cappuccino and latte with ginger and honey shots. Unisex bathroom.

The coffee was delicious! I got the oatmilk and enjoyed every last drop. It was creamy and cold and perfect for a hot day. As a plus, their customer service was phenomenal. Had a long day planned ahead and with their chirpy and friendly personality, it made my day start off great!
Great coffee, though I'm not quite completely Starbucks converted. The staff was very pleasant, which you don't expect from a mall location at a chain. I was particularly impressed with the way the staff handled a post movie rush. I swear I would have been ready to shoot somebody if I were the cashier that handled nine or ten people before me and had nine or ten more in line after me. Celeste, though, did a fabulous job and didn't look like she was on the verge of murder at all.
I haven't been in California for almost a year now, but I still remember the quality of service, and you can bet I'll be dropping by when I visit my kid.
It's one of my favorite coffee places. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. One of my boys spilled his hot chocolate and the staff helped clean the table, his toys and got him a new chocolate for free. That's a great experience that'll have me coming back again.
My brother and I go there every weekend. The coffee is always great! The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions you have about the brewed coffee and beans.
I have gone to this location since it opened and never once have I been disappointed! The staff are truly knowledgeable and fabulous in every way! If you are tired of the watered down taste of Starbucks I highly recommend that you try Peet’s… You will absolutely love it!
