Love the food always fresh and hot always open,love the tacos
OMG!! The service was top tier and so fast I paid and by the time I poured my drinks my food was hot Nd READY.
Double Wow, been a long time have taco .
Use to be 4 for $1.00 that good old days now 2 for almost $2.00
I understand everything going up prices.
But, tastes delicious nice unsweetened tea.
Drive thru only.
Have Newspaper with coupons save money.
Go App phone save use coupon take out order.
Love onion rings.
Love fish.
Love unsweetened ice tea.

Great customer service but the food was cold when I got home and I live 1 minute away from the place that's the only complaint customer service was awesome tho
We love the extreme sausage breakfast sandwiches. It comes with coffee or soft drink. I had to pay extra for oj, hoping this changes.
This is the only Jack in the box I like to visit. They always have fresh and hot food
The food? Good. The service? Great! The lady in the drive through? Wonderful and so nice.
Overall it was nice. If I had to share, I would suggest that Jack n Box invest in getting a bike or scooter rake for the general public. The ee shared that I couldn't bring my scooter into the restaurant. Being that Im in a big city and we are going through hard time. I'm not going to take the chance of leaving it outside and then it get stolen. (But I didn't tell her that) I apologize for bring my scooter in, however there was no sign saying that I couldn't bring it in. She cleans it by say staying that even though there isn't a sign I can't bring my scooter. I carried with my order and proceeded with my day. Always room for improvement even for a big franchise company such as Jack n the Box
I was happy with my drive-thru service, except the intercom was so loud. My food was hot and my coffee was hot. I had been there a few times. sometimes, my food was cold. So I appreciate the changes.
