The turkey burger blows away ANY turkey burger that I've ever had. It's well seasoned, and I mean each and every bite. Been going here for years and it's just as good as the 1st time. I do miss the homemade fries, but I can suffer (lol) as long as I have that burger!!

First time EVER going there. The whole staff today were pleasant and friendly. The service ,EXCELLENT. The lady who took my order made a shaved ice for me that never tasted ,and now the best I've ever had. Honest ladies, I didn't know my order came with drinks,the young lady with the green eyes would not let me leave until I told her my soda of choice. The service alone 20 stars. Now, the food. If you want that homemade taste,the seasoning to perfection,ever bite just have you wanting more,freshly cooked. And,not to mention the portions are more than expected. Oh,their prices are unbeatable. A local business, with a next-door neighbor type of feel......I will definitely be back weekly if not more frequently....

My friend told me about this place on march 25 2023 and I’ve been back 5 times in 3 weeks. BBQ is very moist and seasoned great. Fish and shrimp is excellent and everything is made to order. Slushes are the best.
OMG, somebody😃 need to tell somebody😲 to tell everybody😯🤯 about Tropical Express. This spot is 💣💥. This neighborhood tucked away a true💎. Going there feels like an ol school back yard party at big mama house (and you know Big Mama feed ya good😉)
