This subway is next to my house but I drive to another location at intersection of hillcroft and westheimer to get a sandwich.
Visit to this Subway made me absolutely disappointed. I do not eat meat and was ordering a tuna sandwich, employees toasted it next to bacon sandwich, so oil from bacon was on my sandwich.. I got shocked. I ordered a sandwich to go: asked to add certain veggies but when I opened it at home it was nothing inside except tuna and lettuce. No more coming back.
Update: nowadays they have new staff. It became clean and pleasant to come.
Excellent tasting roast beef sub with white American cheese, spinach, tomato, onion, banana peppers, and oil & vinegar. The Staff were courteous and quick. Fresh ingredients on toasted whole wheat bread. I'll be back tomorrow to enjoy another sandwich.

Great experience at this Subway. Tony was so awesome and sets the standard. Two visits at different times and found the service to be excellent. The recommended sub was fresh, made just right and really good. Thanks for being 100%.
Both times we went this month, the best Subway out of 4 others we visited in West Houston.
Love the sub's from Subway! The staff is very helpful too. Have visited many, many times and I enjoy their food. The restaurant is always clean (floor's mopped and tables cleaned)
