The food at nearly every McDonald's is good. Unfortunately, I've heard the meat isn't real. Plus, when you get your food it generally doesn't look as tasty as it shows on the menus. Obviously hiring kids that don't care about food preparation or other people in general will produce this result unless they are paid well enough to actually care. Or, make sure hiring managers hire people that have integrity and a hard working attitude that will ensure they can follow procedures of preparation properly.
I like this McDonald's restaurant on the Northwest Freeway at Fairbanks North Houston. It is conveniently located with easy access off and on the eastbound Northwest Freeway feeder. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly.
I usually stop here for coffee and a sausage biscuit when shopping at the nearby Home Depot. Any size cup of coffee is 0.99 on the mobile app. That beats $3.25 at Starbucks, and the coffee is just as good.
Fast and very friendly , and by fast I mean there really fast the have that drive thru on point. Whom ever the store manager is, good job training your team.
I'm clearly old fashioned because customer service seems non existent with this new younger generation. The food was fresh. I was told to pull into a space for my order and that set up was not the best...accident waiting to happen 😕.
The lady that works the drive thru overnight is my favorite she nice and the black dude with the dreads cool too sold night shift! 💪🏿
I mean it's McDonald's so the food is not five star. But it was put together well and correct. That's about all you can ask for and I miss the play places. So yeah the atmosphere is meh, now
Staff is great. Nice ladies. Its some costumers that take away from the dining experience.
I drive thru for breakfast at least 4 days a week. Sometimes they're out of an item I ordered, but mostly they're: friendly, efficient and competent. Getting better. Always come back.
