Service is very good but they just messed up my order
Didn't spend much time in this restaurant but his staff was pretty awesome and very helpful I needed directions and so they were able to help as well offer some good food.

Friendly service and good food. Usually quick and correct although their drinks can be hit or miss.
This location is a special one. Not sure if that means its great... but neither is it bad. It's subjective, as sometimes things go splendid, and others not so much.
Alas, the food was good, service was good, basically what you should expect from a local Jack in the Box. 😁
Ordered on the app. Uber delivered my food to the wrong address. Long story short I contacted Uber, my card company because reordering alerted possible fraud. Not Jack's fault. Had to jump through other hoops but finally got my food! Huge up's to Eduardo an overnight employee that took my calls. He was extremely nice. I did call him back and let him know that the order had been placed again in my name. When I got the food after literally chasing the delivery driver around my complex. I called Eduardo back and thank him and let him know I got my food. I have long history of food service and customer service and we need more people like him in the industry.
The service we got last time was really great! The guy at the window was very polite and chipper! Especially for a fast food joint, at midnight. And the food was satisfying enough.
Great service it wasn't to busy the employees were really kind and food was prepared really quick
