Why does this location have bars on the windows? This is the first location that I've seen with bars on the windows. It's a shame that we are reduced to these measures. Things must get better to where we can feel safe in our environment, regardless of if we're at home, work, church, or wherever. We live in a society where criminals can run about freely since their punishment is minimal. America needs to adapt corrective measures similar to other countries where criminals receive harsh punishments. The severity of this issue is so severe that worshippers cannot even feel safe in the church. This must stop and the government needs to quit sitting on their hands and be more proactive. I commend McDonalds for taking steps to increase the safety of their employees.

They can use some help at this location. They are sorely understaffed for the Sunday brunch crowd. It's very clean but only one gender-neutral bathroom. The hamburger had the texture of a cardboard box. The meat buyer may do well to see that it is juiced up. They forgot to add Splenda to my. Coffee order and I literally waited 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence at the cash register. Oh yeah, no cash for change either. Cash order prohibited temporarily. Poor manager. Bless their heart.
Food was great, staff was very friendly but it did take longer than normal to get my food. The biggest thing that I didn't like is that at the window where we get out food there is almost always someone asking for food or money.
There is hardly ever a line at this McDonalds and it is pretty clean.But you never know who you will get as far as customer service. Some days I am blown away by the politeness and other days I am disappointed. I wish that people who do not LIKE customer service didn't WORK in customer service jobs. Some days a frirndly smile can turn someone's tough day into a pleasant one! LET'S DO BETTER PEOPLE!

Pretty good service. Just need to work on the food being fresh and hot. Couple of times my food has been cold.
