First time trying this place and it was surprisingly good. I had good tasty crunchy chicken tenders. Mash potatoes were okay not that flavorful. The rolls were soft and yummy! Service was great and I got my food quick.

Wish Golden Chick had more locations in Houston. Need some inner city spots. Absolutely delicious chicken. They’re definitely giving Popeyes a run for their money. MUST ask for extra crispy to get it just right. You’ll thank me for sure. Try the spicy and the original.

The Chicken was good, but the evening crew needs training, this is a MANAGEMENT ISSUE, you can't throw untrained individuals into the fire like this. MANAGEMENT must take the time to properly train individuals. Plus these Golden Chicken places are popping up everywhere, take the time to TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!
I absolutely love the rotisserie chicken, fried okra, and corn nuggets😋. I advise you to download the app. It makes it so easy and convenient to place your order ahead of your arrival. Also, if you refer a friend via the app, they will receive $2 on the next purchase.
My experience with the Houston area Golden Chick establishments has been unsatisfactory at best. Yesterday, I visited the location on S.Post Oak and Trey took our order, assured us the food would be cooked fresh and even offered recommendations on other items. He was nice enough to bring us samples of sauce to try with our chicken. Excellent customer service! Our food was hot and delicious. I wish they were near the Woodlands. They reminded me why I love Golden Chick. My favorites are the Wicked Wings, Roasted chicken, Chicken Tenders and the rolls. Great Job!
Depending on the day, the chicken can be really salty. But most days it's better than the Popeyes on my side of town. The service is nice too and the people are nice and professional.
I didn't even know about yawll until a friend took me!! I've been a repeat customer ever since!!! To me Golden Chic is better than Popeyes and KFC put together!!! That part! ❤️❤️❤️
The chicken is nice and juicy.. you gotta get some rolls.. if you don't.. what's the point.. I fell in love with the wicked seasoning..
