We live in the apartments across he street and love this place. It's the best thing when we don't want to go out. We order from here atleast 4-5 times a month for the past year. We never have a problem! The delivery drivers are very sweet and they always make our order correct. As a store manager of the same kind of industry, this location is doing great!
I got the large super supreme pizza. It had the hand tossed crust which is my favorite. No complaints! The pizza was great! This is the Hut on Jones Rd.

This was the first time I’ve eaten at Pizza Hut in a long time. I ordered through their app and when I arrived to pick up my order, they couldn’t find it by my name or phone number and then they asked if I had one number. It took me forever to find it in the app and the employee had no idea where to find it either. By the time I had the number, they had found my order. That was a little annoying, but the food definitely made up for it. I ordered a thin tomato and onion pizza and it was simply delicious, and seemed to have free extra cheese, too. I also ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo which I also really enjoyed. The cheese bread and cinnamon bread, not so much. Overall though, I was happy with my choice for dinner that night. And even though they initially couldn’t locate my order, it was already there when I arrived, which was less than 10 minutes from the time I placed the order. I wish they had more coupons for smaller meals, as everything caters to families with the need for a lot of food. Overall, I recommend the location for quick, good take out.
Ordered free medium pizza which was my reward. They made it very delicious the best pizza I've had. Medium Pan pizza with chicken and jalapeños . Great service
Consistently great pizza, especially during these trying financial times where it seems EVERY restaurant is having to make changes to adjust to the incredible price of food, and unfortunately, portions and quality seem to suffer. But not at this store -- Jones Rd. Pizza Hut
I give 5 stars not because of customer service at the window, but because the pizza maker is awesome perfect pizza every time. Needs customer service improvement badly 😕
Delivery time is satisfactory. Pizza was hot but a little over cooked. Some burnt edges ,too crispy for me. The Pizza itself was good just not the crust. I'll give them another try.

The food was excellent. The chicken wings (Buffalo mild) were hot, and had just the amount of sauce. The pizza was fresh and the crust was crisp. I had a pick-up order and was in/out in less than 2min.
The customer service that I receive from the employees at Pizza Hut is wonderful. The staff are always respectful and kind . If I mention that there may be an accident with my order I do not have to deal with eye rolls and deep sighs or even a mumble under their breath. When I decide to order in for the night my delivery is always a smooth transaction. I always encounter a smiling face and a sincere but small conversation. I thoroughly enjoy my experiences with Pizza Hut .
Was very skeptical to order from here, but everything went well. The only thing I did not like was that I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with wings & cinnamon sticks. And I was told that ranch did not come with it. I was asked to pay for ranch if I wanted any. That’s unbelievable that one ranch at least did not come with the wings. I really did not like that.
