They catered Ciara's birthday party and to some it was their first time eating Pupusas. Glad it was from Mr. Mangos and everyone loved them!!! Our favorite place for Salvadorian food.
Born and raised in Houston and knowing that this city is a melting pot of multiple cultures and foods, I love to find great eats. I was introduced to el Salvadorian food about a year ago, we normally go to Gloria's downtown, and they have some good food. Passed by this place looking for food, I've been back 4-5 times already. This place has some great food and the owners are pretty cool too. The yuka, pupusas, the fried pork all great taste and flavor. It's defineatly a family place, super clean and friendly. Stop by on Tuesday and get the Mango milk shake & $1 pupusas. I look forward to more visits. Keep it up!
*update* They're closed down. 😟 I'm devastated, if only I had learned how to make their papusas......
This place great! The food is cooked to order and always fresh. You can't go wrong with the papusas or the tacos mango with chicken, and don't forget to get a specialty fruit drink! Delish!
The pupusas were freshly made and delicious and our waiter (who I assume was the owner) was very friendly.
I will definitely be coming back.
Came for dinner last week with my husband and our daughter. Everything was delicious! We came back today for .99 pupasas 😋
