Pizza Hut

I don’t know who is rating this place but Pizza was amazing wings perfectly cooked i am originally from New York I drive a semi truck I was tired and hungry ordered online for delivery food was 100 percent. I wish you were located in San Antonio Texas where I live now… Please if had issues try to order again maybe change of cook or something but deserves 10 stars thank you ….

I placed an order online for pizza huts 2 or more items for 5$ each I didn't expect much quality or quantity for just 5$ each but much to my surprise I have to say my wings chicken BBQ pizza and 4 pack of 20 oz sodas were hot fresh and my sodas were ice cold I enjoyed my meal and will be ordering again very soon.

This restaurant has a history of not so great service and I've experienced it myself. On this occasion though, they had run out of large pizza dough and I got a call not more than one minute after I placed my order. Justin explained to me that they were out of large pizza dough and gave me a couple of options on things that he could do to make it right. I really appreciate this because he could have just told me that they didn't have it and be done with it, but he didn't. He tried to go above and beyond and make sure that I was satisfied with my experience even if they didn't have what I wanted. Once I got to Pizza hut he greeted me kindly, thank me for my understanding, and handled my transaction with respect. I asked him if there had been angry customers because of this (out of curiosity) he told me that he had been dealing with angry customers because of the same situation. Having worked in restaurants before, I know that it is hard to stay positive and be kind throughout your day when things like this happen and people treat you with disrespect. I admire Justin for not only keeping his cool but providing excellent customer service when it was a lot easier to choose the latter. PS I was a last-minute customer and had ordered my pizza 20 minutes before they closed. Companies need more people like him!
