I don’t know about all the negative reviews but they took my order and then I had to place another one before I go to the window and they did it no problem!! All the orders were correct and with all the condiments and everything!! Well done !!!

My kids and I love it there. We go there very often, they love playing at the playground; I just wait for them, and I observe a lot of good things at this place. There is a very nice lady who works there, her name is Aracely. She always talks to us and smiles as she asks us if we need anything, she brings us more drinks and picks up our trash, she is very nice. She makes us feel like home, and I see that she treats everybody the same way. I always see her working hard, cleaning up, etc. And not only that, one day, I could see how she has a good heart: I saw her helping out a disabled lady, who is blind. She took her to the lady's bathroom and she waited for her the whole time long as she was talking to her respectfully with a very nice attitude, and then she led her to wash and dry up her hands and she patiently walked her out, until she brought her back to where her husband and son were. We need more people like her in this world!
Also at this place, they always give us our orders right. It's a good place to sit and relax, meanwhile our kids play. But mostly, we come back for the good service and the so welcoming atmosphere there.
Stopped by to get food on the way to the park. The service and the food were excellent as expected. I love their lemonade and today's was a little tarter which makes me think that they use freshly squeezed lemons (I like the diet option, too).
I love that they prioritize the customer's time as well as having fresh, hot meals ready upon driving to the window. Although I did not receive spoons to eat the ice cream or straws to drink the beverages, I still appreciate the service!

It is truly amazing how Chick-fil-A handles customer service. Either in-store or drive-through, the experience is always pleasant. The staff is always happy that it really helps change your mood as well. I love this place and it is one of the few that never gets my food wrong, and really appreciate the "frustration free" service they offer.
