Best soul food around. Houston is known for its chains, but this place is the real deal. Home cooked comfort food at its finest; new exciting items everyday, BY REQUEST. Very friendly and hardworking staff. 5 stars all around, highly recommended for anyone looking for legit soul food, this is the place to go.
Good BBQ buffet. We were there on an evening stop. Even though the dining room was sparsely populated, the folks in the kitchen put out fresh brisket and ribs and made sure we knew it was there. Lots of sides and desserts as well.

Pretty good BBQ buffet with the usual suspect sides and a lonely salad bar. Do yourself a favor and try the ribs.
Moved from old standalone location to strip center closer into town.
Opened before installing the old decor in ex-oriental buffet. Will never be the same place, but that is a blessing. Larger, cleaner, cooler space.
More space means more items on hot and cold tables, but plenty of old favorites.
Still the best pork ribs in town - bar none...
1Free beer and all you can eat bbq for 2 for $20 can't beat it
