Mr Philips at the front was one of the nicest and most attentive customer service associate ive seen in the lower Houston area. He handled every order i had (multiple orders) with zero attitude and did not rush food out. The store was exceptionally clean i dont normally eat arbys but this location inspired me to go back to trying it out! Promote him!
service was fast enough, the food was pretty good. restaurant was very clean. they have new digital screen orders which is great if you don't wanna wait or if you want to see the whole menu and all the products they can't fit on the regular board.
You know how many Taco Bell’s they are right? And you know they nationwide too huh? Okay well this one is my favorite cuz they so sweet & chill and I just got that vibe and I’m always going back cuz of these 2 gorgeous women!!! Thank y’all so much I needed your sweet smiles in my life today!
This Taco Bell location at S Loop and S Main has always been reliable. Despite being one of the more regularly busy TB locations (satisfying the tex-mex-esque cravings of the world's largest medical center populas) I have seen and been a patron of, their speed and food quality remain above reproach.
Thank you, Taco Bell, for your admirable assiduous accessability, affordability, and adaptability. Keeping up with the needs and desires of and maintaining relevance in an ever-changing market is a feat.
I have nothing negative to say about the corporation, nor this TB location. I am, however, a bit confused and concerned... for my edification, will you please let me know if you will accept this "FREE TACO OF YOUR CHOICE" coupon I just received in my order on February 15, 2023? I wonder because this particular tender is 1 year, 8 months, & 15 days past its expiration.

I was greeted upon entering. The young lady who greeted me promoted using their kiosk to order. I had planned on using it to check the menu items, but I went ahead and ordered on it as well. I ended up ordering the Power Menu Bowl off of the power menu and a spicy potato soft taco off of the value menu. I always enjoy the potato taco, but I was a little disappointed with the portion size of the power bowl. It was nothing like the picture on the menu, but that's not shocking. Despite this, I enjoyed the bowl. The young lady who greeted me stopped by and asked me how the bowl was since it was my first time trying it. I told her it was smaller than expected and she understood. She did recommended the taco bowl for the next time as it would probably be more satisfying. Overall, it was a great visit. The only reason I didn't give a five star was due to the portion size of the bowl. I have attached photos from the website. Forgot to take actual pictures of my food.

Good food, excellent service and clean environment. It's obviously not authentic Mexican tacos. It's a good quick bite Doritos taco supreme usually does the trick for me.
The lady at the drive through is always super nice and my order is always correct.
This Taco Bell is in a really bad location. Homeless in the parking lot. The whole area smells like malt liquor and desperation.
But the girls that work the drive through window are always incredibly happy and sweet and the food always comes quick and is good.
