Customer service is good. Friendly staff. Chicken Soup is awesome and have a choice to have it as it comes or fry. Except that when it’s fry it’s tasteless and seems that they pull the chicken off the freezer into the hot oil. Seems like the chicken and soup is not cooked together. Ps they have other choices.
We asked for a last min order of 100 pupusas and the team delivered! Every single one was cooked to perfection. Recommend Combinado #3 😋
Been coming here for years. Pupusas on point. Order the stew their it's good. Soup is also great but avoid the seafood soup if you don't like catfish.
I don't eat pupusas by any other restaurant. I live in Katy and the drive is nothing for the best Salvadorian restaurant. Great staff and amazing food. There's a bar too. The atmosphere is very comfortable.
I loved this place as a kid my mom used to work their and I think her friends still work their my moms name was Maria Alvarez and my name is Bryan Alvarez I was well known by the workers there because of my mom I would love to go back their again some day
Ordered the "Caldo de Rez" was actually genuinely delicious. Nevertheless, the bowl was served with rez that was more like actual full on steak. Kind of embarrassing to rip off in my bowl. People were friendly. Good vibe. Your typical Salvadoran restaurant. Rice was well cooked. Yuca seemed a little raw. Felt like it could have been sautéed more. Calabazita was kind of smushed in the Caldo. Corn cob felt a little old. Stew was good, felt like it was missing ingredients, like some cilantro, onions, even some salt and salsa. I came here after work to ease the mind and relax the soul and it technically did the job for $10. I would come back again. Hard working people. Next time I'll try there Carne Asada plate and judge it as well.
Very good service, I ordered the bandeja really fresh. Hand made tortillas. The server did a really good job.keep it up like that😊
Pupusas are good... order ahead of time so that you don't wait too long. Great deal on Thursdays ($1 any pupusas) Great breakfast and my mother enjoys the chiles rellenos!
Delicious reasonably priced food. They only speak Spanish though which makes it difficult for English speakers to order. Other than that, I love this place. Great pupusas.
