I received a coupon in the mail but unfortunately was having trouble using it due to the system claiming it had already been used/expired. Itzy generously helped me out with my little problem 😅 and provided me with the best sandwich I have had in years!!! She is so sweet and even went as far as to offer me recommendations. Love subway!!!
I had such a delighted experience during my time at subway. Especially from this one lady named Itzy, she provided such an exceptional service. Her skills are very evident in every interaction she has with costumers. She’s nothing short of fantastic!
By far this Subway is where I would return again when I first walked in the young lady was doing something else with her hands she walked over to put gloves on when she seen the look on my face in my eyes she said excuse me give her one second l have to go wash my hands she came back and put gloves on and make my sandwiches so therefore I will return again customer service was great customer service history so therefore she did receive a tip

Wow this place is just amazing I had an incident upon getting to the location and the manager cleared it up so respectfully and professionally. I was the idiot in the situation but she did not make me feel like I was. She needs a promotion or a raise there a lot of location that need someone like her. My experience here surpassed my expectations never have a received customer service like this before. She is a young manager but it is clear as day why she is the manager. I will definitely be back to this location. Amazing job.
Employee was alone and had 7 customers. Instead of getting frustrated or being rude, she worked as fast as she could, apologized for the wait and did a great job keeping a great attitude the whole time. Would recommend this location to all my family and friends!!

similar situation, 5 customers, one of which ordered 4 sandwiches and the lady serving severe everyone in under 10 min.

Cleanest Subway I have ever been in. Staff are super nice and friendly. Veggies are all fresh looking and fresh bread. No wilted or gross looking area where they prep the sandwiches and even give samples of the soup, which sold me. Clean, fast and friendly service.
