I have never received bad service here. My food is always fresh, my order is always correct, and the staff at this location are very friendly ��

I love this location! We come here about 1-2 times a week and the staff have always been great! Once my son told the cashier that they had the best chicken nuggets he ever tasted and the young man gave my son a free ice cream cone. Never have had a bad experience always 5stars! Glad they finally opened one 5 mins from my house!
My first time eating at chick-fill-a and the chicken deluxe was absolutely Amazing
This location was an old haunt of ours, for many years, pre-pandemic. Most of the staff was still friendly and helpful. The food took longer to be prepared than normally, but everything came out just right and extremely hot (fresh). Some of the inside could use a little TLC (bulbs out, handle falling off the kid-area door, etc.) but overall it wasn't too off-putting. We'll be back!
I enjoyed my visit at the chick fil a at this specific location. The interior was neat and they were fully stocked on their sauces, straws, and napkins. The custodial staff was especially helpful in getting us water and making sure we had what we needed to enjoy our meal. I was surprised to see that they also had a children playground inside and had plenty of space for seating; this compared to other locations was a pleasant experience.
The food was perfect and fresh with no order errors. The cashier did great offering add-ons and was very polite. My only gripe is that the floors are so dirty that you slide around no matter the style of shoes worn.
Food has stayed the same
One knows what to expect. The fries used to be my favorite, but too many times the fries were cold. The chicken nuggets are good but I miss the grilled nuggets they dropped about 5 years ago. Tasted a little of garlic and we're much better for my diet.
Also, didn't they have diet root beer before?
Oh well, it's still a good experience all in all
I give the service a low rating. I know they are trying to be efficient but not getting to see the menu, feeling pressured, being asked to get in line behind other cars and having to repeat my order so many times is annoying. Especially when my order ended up wrong anyway.
Super fast service. Was barely finished swiping my card and they handed me my order at the front counter. Drive thru was a little slower tha most Chick fil-A I've been to. That is the only reason I chose to order inside.
Nice large dining room and friendly staff. Only negative is the way they have the parking lot blocked off as being from out of town was confusing only being able to access different sections of restaurant through blocks in road. We had to reverse 3 times and turn around. Kind of confusing but I'm sure it is not if you live around there and frequently go for a visit.
Super fast service. One time I came here, I got my food right after I finished my payment. Another time it took only 5 minutes for me to get my to-go order. I even saw the manager being there to greet and deliver foods to customers while the employees were busy with other customers. That’s why Chick-fil-A is always my number one store when I think of fast food.
We ate in the restaurant for the first time in years and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The employees were all polite and helpful, and the food was delivered quickly. The food was delicious! I highly recommend this location and the dine-in experience.
One out of every 10 trips they totally mess up my order. Other than the occasional misshap its fast food
