They need to do better quality checks on their food and orders. It would help them get things right IF their speaker/mic worked better.
However, they are very willing to make things right.
Things they have gotten wrong, extra condiments that were specifically asked for it NOT to be on the food, lack of onions when they were asked for, forgetting ketchup for the tots, and lastly not putting lids on right causing me to wear my drink.
I will state again that they are pleasant and very willing to fix things.
Mrs Sandra made some fresh iced coffee for me. I'm a Door Dasher. I really appreciated it.
The food was hot and fresh and the young man that brought it out to me was very sweet he had an accent not sure where he was from but definitely cheerful, appreciative of me being there and the biggest smile I've ever seen.
Sonic on space center is really good . Never disappointed when we go there . The strawberry slush is so good and refreshing.
If you want a cold drink or some great food, Sonic is the place!
I always go here. Drinks are done right and their drive thru is surprisingly fast. Their car hop isn't bad either but I would rather drive thru. Some sonics are pretty terrible even taking forever to take your order. They do good work.
I come to this location all the time because I literally live 2 minutes away, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich combo and once I got home my order wasn’t right, so long story short, I called Sonic and spoke with the manager Roland and he was very sweet and apologetic about it and redid my whole order, and I just so happen to be sick today, so this really made my day! Thanks, Roland!! Awesome customer service and always clean and prompt. That’s why I’ll continue to come back.
