Staff is helpful and extremely patient. The food is pretty good and usually arrives in a timely manner
Over the years my husband and I have tried many pizza dine-in restaurants and pizza take-out establishments. We rate Pizza Hut with a 'high' 5+ for amazing crust, overall ingredients, and good price. Great customer service on phone and in person.

I originally ordered a pizza and there was a situation that prevented the driver from being able to complete my order. The manager Kimberly called me and explained the situation. While I am excited to say they compensated me for the mistake, it was also the way they did it that impressed me. I am a big proponent of good customer service, and this was excellent. The situation was handled extremely well and turned a possibly frustrating experience into a great customer experience simply from communication, ownership, empathy, and patience. Thanks Kimberly
I went in there very friendly customer service! I ordered a large stuff crust meat lovers pizza and it was amazing especially who ever took the time out to fix the pizza ! Thanks will be back again!!
Improved service, Great experience. Whomever decided to switch to a call center for phone orders needs a raise! I had stopped going to Pizza hut because the service was so bad, the employees were always overworked and when you called it was always so loud they could never hear your order. For someone who is lactose intolerant but still loves pizza, that could be a bad bad problem, after the 3rd pizza with cheese, when it was suppose to be NO cheese, I started finding an upscale, less tasty option because they would a least not poison me. Now with the new call center, the service is so superior, the pizza center is so quiet and the service is beyond awesome!
After the same Pizza Hut messed up my order by not bringing my tea two times in a row, and that was only after nine phone calls and 20 minutes waiting for a manager. But then I came to THIS Pizza Hut, because the incompetent person on the phone gave me the wrong address so I couldn’t get my refund back here but the manager Malcolm got my pizza ordered right away and handed me a sweet tea right away. The gentleman even let me bum a cigarette. Is a good establishment with good people working at it
Love the dinner box! Can't beat it. Love the pan style crust. I get the box at least once a week.
