Best authentic Bengali food (Bangladeshi food) place. If you are in Texas and specially in Houston obviously try food from this place. I took Rui macher jhol and beef curry, the mach was 10 out of 10. Later we took misty doi(sweet yogurt), it was also really good and tasty. People sometimes confuse Indian food and Bengali food but trust there are differences and for tasting different cuisine you should visit this place.
Highly recommended for Best Bengali sweets.. exactly tastes like India.. their Rosgula, kala Jamun and chom chom are moth watering sweets to try.. They do sell good chat and fish varieties like Rohu etc..
Best Bengali Mithai in town. Great customer service. The sweet yogurt is out of this world.
Very happy that i got the taste of bengali food in USA. Yummy food. Super tasty. Everything was tasty. We ordered rahu macher jhol, sorse ilish(hilsa), fish fry, dal puri, chicken roll, everything was very tasty.. and the sweets were very fresh and delicious. Cham cham and kala jamun just melted in mouth.. cannot forget the taste...
Perfect Bengali sweets in a reasonable price. Don’t miss their rosogolla. It’s the best. They have freshly made puri, samucha and singara. We tried the mouth watering fuchka (panipuri) and it worth the price.
Pure Bangladeshi food. Yummy. Loved the taste. I think it's very popular. For Pooja celebration it was completely full today. Can accommodate 55 people and nearly it was full. Various Bangladeshi menu items. We tried ilish with sorshe bata, daal and chicken curry with rice. Fresh and hot. Nothing fancy about inner decoration but it was clean. Good customer service. Mr Shojeeb brother, the owner was helpful and good to talk to. Above all the sweet is awesome. Not very sweet but perfect. Sondesh was so Yummy. Fresh and soft. Pure gurer shondesh. People were buying in pounds and taking home. Must visit for food if you are in Houston. Very happy. Will go again.
Good quality Bangladeshi food in Bellaire Houston. Would definitely go back.
When you visit home and all you want is original comfort food Dal - some chicken or fish - cooked with same masala as you grew up eating - visit some place like this which is not fancy but the taste is authentic coz chef is not trained to cook north american food it's just same taste as it is ment to be ....try it oh btw if you are planning to visit Bangladesh and want to try real taste of food to get an idea I would recommend this space ....love the staff and food ....felt like I was transported back to Dhaka
Someone had suggested I’d try the samosas from here. The person behind the counter (owner or manager, I don’t know) was so sweet. Highly recommend this place for their aloo (potato) and keema (beef) samosa.
Good taste. Had rice and goat curry. Other than the goat being a bit freezer burnt it was soft and well cooked.
