As I was enjoying my chicken sandwich with my one and only friend Colonel Sanders, I saw how the employees deal with customers. A man walked in and started telling the cashier to serve him the food that he was promised over the phone. The cashier asked who did he speak to and the man said he did not know. Red flag right there. Cashier politely handled the situation by explaining how they can’t serve food without proof. The man got aggressive and started calling a corporate number making a scene. Then another customer came in and started making another show. The employees really go through a lot here but I really enjoyed watching all that while taking another bite of my sandwich. Thank you KFC and especially the employees that get up and work for a living.
