Since we walked in place was on point... Very nice and cheerful customer service.... It was a little expensive but hopefully i will get to see a deal on Groupon in the future lol.... Overall we had a great time.... Thumbs up guys!!! Keep up the good work!!!! #worthit...
Our experience started off rough with one of the managers “Aaron” being rude and abrupt. He greeted us with an attitude, wouldn’t allow us to ask a full question without cutting us off. Things quickly turned around once we spoke with another manager Cotty. He was amazing! He listened to what we had to say and addressed our issue with the lane malfunction, the air conditioner being turned down, and dealt with Aaron. We’ve been here a couple of times and have always had great customer service, but this time around was above and beyond in the best way possible! Thank you!
What an awesome place! First of all the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Even the general manager came by to introduce herself and check in on us. Second the ambiance is very cool with all the lights and the music was even better. We also ordered a beer tower, which was a great value, and we ordered food that was better than expected. Overall we had an awesome time and definitely plan to return. I highly suggest making a reservation before arriving.
I love this location; Aivan and Chrissy are always on point. They consistently check on their customers, ensuring that all our drinks and food come out on time. They also strive to make genuine connections with their customers .
One of the best bowling places I have been! We didn’t order the food but I saw the menu plus I could glance at the food other participants had ordered for their birthday parties. It looked very nice.
You are mandated to rent the shoes which was fine. Over all it was a 5/5 experience for our family.
Great place, came on a Tuesday and we got quick and easy service. Aivan was extremely attentive and gave the vibe of the night 10/10. Definitely would be returning, great drinks and fresh food!

My kids and I love this place ! We all have a great time each time! I love the atmosphere and attentive friendly workers there ! The checkin with Cynthia is always smooth and easy and servers are always making sure you’re ok ! Definitely recommend!
Perfect place to host a work event or just a night out with family. Sydney was an absolute gem! Her customer service skills and friendly demeanor made my experience truly memorable. It has been a few years that my son’s school organizes the outing event for moms and sons at this place.
We always spend great moments with our boys there and the moms have a lot of fun too.
It is a place to go out with family, co-workers,friends, ….
And it’s suitable for all ages.
