Tonight was my first time having it the service was nice and the food is amazing I would defiantly become a regular customer
Although they are renovating the front of the store, it has not changed their customer service, which is very good. we did have to wait, but with doing that, our complex order was correct on all 3 burgers. Thanks soo much for that. It's nothing worse with getting food and getting home to be unsatisfied. That's not what we got. Good service, fresh food, and Yes I will be back.
The Food and Service at this location are pretty good. They put the wrong sticker on my Burger, instead of No Lettuce, they Put a No Tomato Sticker on it. The girl dropping off the food, looked at the ticket, then said; "Oh, She must have put the wrong sticker on there, if it has Lettuce, I'll cut her for you!" If that isn't service, I don't know what is.
I really like the NEW REWARDS SYSTEM, finally it's based on what I spend.
Whataburger is a good place to get a burger. They customize the burger as you want it. It is cooked fresh. If you order a meal, they serve it with fries and a fountain drink. The food is served hot. It you are dining in, they bring it to your table. The staff is friendly and courteous.
I came here on July 9, 2023 a little after midnight. There's a reason why people order ahead of time. Tell me why I placed an order through the app and when I get there my food is not ready. The cashier talking about they make the food when I pull up. As many times I came up here I know THAT'S a lie. Then she had the nerve to tell me to pull forward. I did just a little bit and I'm looking... Why in the world did the lady that was behind me received her food. So I politely backed up to block EVERYBODY from leaving. Next thing I know the shift manager brought me my food. I could tell he didn't want to give me my food by the way he handed it to me (leaning forward with his hand all the way stretched out). I gave him a look and he knew what they look meant. Didn't even tell me sorry for the wait or thank you for your patience... NOTHING. That's my reason for giving 4 stars. Imma need the store manager to talk to their overnight crew and set them straight.
The customer service was great Michael who took my order did an excellent job but the lady who handed me our food had a very bad attitude
Keenly had her crue on point. Gloves were changed I saw have being washed. She was delegating cleaning duties. Dominick was funny
Great service and I love page she’s a sweetheart she has made it so much better here very clean knowledgeable I’m rateing them at a 10
Food is always good and service is great. The drive up line can get hectic and take a while to work thru, but it's Whataburger!
I always love going to Whaterburger, a Texas tradition, 🍔 fries 🍟 and shake .
