Pho Binh has been on my list of must eat Pho for a few years. The Pho here is the best, if not one of the best, around the Houston area. As mentioned in other reviews, the pho bowls are smaller compared to other restaurants. Meat portions are on the skimpy side and not the best quality. The atmosphere is a little run down, but I'm okay with it. My noodles were slightly too soft. The most important visit to this restaurant was the Pho broth, and it was amazing. One of the best Pho broths in America and anyone who loves Pho needs to try this place.

Definitely one of the best places to get Pho in the Houston area. This pho is full of flavor and comes out incredibly fast. This places only makes a batch a day, so be sure to swing by for lunch and try this hidden gem!

This is hands down the best pho restaurant that I've been to in Houston. I have often said that there are about four categories of pho for me: really bad, restaurant pho, my grandma's pho, and pho in Hanoi. This place really breaks down that barrier between restaurants and home made pho. The broth is light and flavorful. It isn't too salty or oily or heavy which some other places often have. The noodles really shine here. I find that all too often the noodles at restaurants are kind of hard and undercooked, like they were cooked and left in the bowl all day. The noodles here are moist but still firm. Easy to slurp up! I've always heard good things about this place, and it has surpassed my expectations. The Vietnamese coffee was also excellent. It has the right balance of being very strong and still sweet. The service was incredibly fast too. One thing I wouldn't recommend is the tendon here, as it was a bit tough and overcooked. Also, this place is cash only Overall, don't let the outward appearance of this small trailer fool you. The food makes it well worth the trip for any pho lover.

Some of the best pho I've had before. You know it's good when the majority of diners are Vietnamese! Their broth had a lot of depth and was incredibly flavorful. I had the pho ga kho (dry chicken pho with soup on the side). It was very flavorful, but the noodles were clumping together and a bit difficult to manage without the broth. The dry pho is worth a try, but I will definitely be returning to have one of their normal beef pho! The green Thai tea was also very yummy with just enough sweetness and some jellies. This facility takes cash only and does not accept credit cards.

This place is probably the best pho made in Houston! They only take cash at this location, but it's totally worth stopping at the ATM for. Definitely recommend trying this place!

Hohoho Real Traditional Vietnamese Noodles Soup Never Let You Down. Everything still the same after the pandemic. The broth never dark like other stores. NOTE: DON'T COME AFTER 12, THEY MAY SOLD OUT.

i’ve been going here ever since i was a kid! i used to go every sunday and eat a big heaping bowl of pho and was full. nowadays, the portion is no where near worth the price. most of the time, the portions are extremely inconsistent. sometimes you get a lot of meat and noodles, other times there’s barely anything in the bowl and you have to drink all the broth to feel full. they are extremely fast and efficient here. this place is CASH ONLY. also you must go early on the weekends, they do run out of pho.

This place is busy on a Saturday morning, but the service is fast and friendly and the pho is quite possibly the best in town. The iced coffee is great too. CASH ONLY.

For the past 20 years I've been going here and it is still the only place to get the best Pho in Houston.
