Fast friendly service. They took your order in line called you by name at register and thanked you by name when they handed you your food. Awesome customer service! And the food was great!

I’ve never had problems with this Chil fil a but today is a little off for them. I ordered a market salad and instead got the spicy southwest salad… even though the sicker on the lid of the salad says market salad. I’m not too upset bc I know it’s going to be a good salad, but just not what I was craving. Plus when I got to the window, they told me a wrong name, I corrected them and still got the wrong salad. Agh
Best Chick-fil-A I have visited! Great location. The chicken was fresh and juicy. The staff is very polite!

The food and the service are consistently good. Chick-fil-A is always our food option at Willowbrook mall.
Other fast food places should use Chick-fil-A as a model for great food, awesome fast service, and have never had to repeat my order and never had a wrong order.
It's awesome that they are closed Sundays and respect holidays for their workers, I wish more retail stores would follow the same
If you go during lunch time the lines tend to get a bit long but they keep them moving at a pretty fast rate. They got our order made fresh. The only downside was them forgetting the sweet and spicy sriracha sauce.
Excellent experience as always. The workers are so kind and willing to help when needed. Food was fresh and hot. This is my favorite Chicken!!!
