Brisket: Very Good. It reminded me of Gatlins without the rub. 1/4in smoke ring. Fall apart tender and very moist. No knife needed. Foil wrap most likely. Intense smoke flavor always boosts the score. No sauce needed. My sad portion made me sad. I was digging underneath my ribs and sausage to find more, but it was all gone.
WOW! This is probably the most flavorful smoked meat I have ever had. Being from Michigan, Texas BBQ has always been hyped up. Every place I have been to though pretty much taste like similar cooked meat. Bills BBQ has a distinct smoked flavor that is unbeatable! I went 15 minutes ago in the rain and had to write a review. Hope your hand gets better soon Bill! I will definitely be back <3

I got the sausage/brisket sandwich combo and loved it. Bill was great to talk to. I'm not easily impressed with BBQ anymore but something about Bill's brisket still has me thinking about it. I will definitely be back!
Bills Brisket melts in your mouth. I could smell the smoke from down the road and I knew right away I was in store for some world class pit bbq.

My husband loved the potato salad*
First time visiting Texas and I was looking for a good homemade traditional brisket, came across this hidden gem. The meat was tender, flavorful with right amount of sauce. My husband is not a fan of beans and let me tell you he loved the beans.... perfect serving with amazing flavor and great service. I definitely suggest making a stop here I know I will be coming back.
I had the pleasure of meeting Bill twice this week and he's a really nice gentleman. I was at his place for around 30 minutes each time and couldn't believe how popular he was with his BBQ stand and selling firewood. Seems like he's really popular among the locals for his BBQ stand. If only his customers knew how important good reviews are, he'll have thousands 5stars in a month.
I’ve never eaten here but I do get my bbq wood from Bill. Very knowledgeable and always helpful. Only place I buy wood from and love support local small businesses

I dropped by for lunch after reading decent Yelp reviews. it's located in a tiny little pocket on Brittmore so watch out or you'll miss it. Look for the small red enclosed trailer.
I got the sliced beef plate which comes with sliced brisket in sauce, potato salad, beans, bread, and a jalapeno. The brisket was nice and smokey, great flavor. I asked for lean cuts and he gave me nice lean cuts. Some BBQ joints tend to be pretty dry when you ask for lean but this stuff was nice and juicy still. Very flavorful. The sauce is good, potato salad is great. More sweet than tangy, which I prefer. The beans are also good.
All of this for 8 bucks (current price). You can't beat this food for the price. I haven't had better bbq than this in the area and certainly not at this price. I'll be coming back every time I need some bbq in my life! Thanks Bill!
