Updating my previous review two years later, mid pandemic, May 2021, which was also 5 stars in 2018. This has become my go-to Starbucks in the Cypress area. Drinks are always made correctly, plenty of outdoor seating, and the interior is kept consistently clean and organized. Not sure who the manager is but great work keeping up with all the changes over the past 14 months. Looking forward to indoor dining again soon! Thanks for being there with coffee to help us all get through a stressful situation!
Sarenda is incredible! She makes the best drinks and has the best customer service. Her smile lights up the drive through. She deserves a raise! If you’re choosing this Starbucks ask for Sarenda to make your drink⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
BEST Starbucks ever! They always do a fantastic job, especially with the nitro coffee - no other location makes it like they do - where the creamy head of foam sits on the coffee super fresh adding for just the right velvet texture, which I love! I've been to other locations and it always seems like they are short handing the nitro...lol The customer service experience here has always been great and speedy; even during times of COVID - this store does a wonderful job and it is the only place to get your fresh nitro coffee from.
P.S. Please excuse my bad nails - just pulled off some press ons lol
Not sure about "atmosphere" I was the only one there wee hours in the morning, but I'm sure its like most. Relaxing place to sit and relax or work. Employee that day was very polite and helped me out with my order.
Let me say one thing Starbucks has step their game up!!! Evan is the man such a nice table, side, voice, and generous person with the kindness and friendliness. Aaliyah is beautiful on the inside and out. This is what I’m looking for every time I come to Starbucks. Y’all got me on one!!! I’ll definitely be back❤️😆😊

I didn't order anything store was very clean and organized friendly staff plenty of clean tables and seat dru thru moving quickly nice area really like their outside seating spacious you not too close or uncomfortable
This location is amazing. The customer service its so on point. They are so friendly and they are always moving moving. They are a very busy location but they still get these orders correct. I've never had an incorrect order at this location. I usually only come to this location because I need coffee before work and I order ahead. Mobile ordering is so convenient. If you are wondering if you can trust this location...you totally can. It's great.
My favorite location!! I love the staff here. My drink is always right. And If there is a stocking issue containing the ingredient I would like to use the sub recommendation is always great from the staff. I won’t go to any other Starbucks location
