From the food to the ambiance and service, everything about this place is fantastic. The decor is beautiful, the food was fresh and the service was fast and friendly. I have visited twice now and will continue coming back.

I ordered the vegetarian pasta and it was good but if they put a little bit more of salt that would have been better. I’m sure it’s great for my cardiac health tho.
You can be creative with all ingredients that they have at the counter. They cook right in front of you so you enjoy watching their cooking show as well as having a good food right after the show. 🍽 🍝

Start to finish you can pick a crafted entree: salad, pasta, panini OR be free and create your own of the three!! At the register, there is truffle oil and you can cut your own FRESH basil!
To-go boxes are near the drink bar! Oh and free wifi!

Wow, I didn’t expect such a fresh authentic Italian experience but this place is amazing. They have a build your own pasta dish option where you can choose all your ingredients or you can choose from their house creations.
From the pasta to the sauce to the delicious giant meatball it was all GOOD! What sets this place apart is that you won’t break the bank. I can’t think of any other place like it. I’ll be back soon!

If you love AUTHENTIC Italian food this is a must do restaurant. They cook the farm fresh food in front of you and you select what goes into your personalized pasta dish. You can even see them making the noodles and hanging them to dry. The marinara is possibly the best I've ever tasted. Plus if you have family with Celiac all of the sauces are Gluten free! They have 2 kinds of GF pastas, fettuccine & penne. The only thing not gluten free is the giant meatball (which is my favorite). Perfect for a quick meal or to sit and savor! The staff is great, really knowledgeable & friendly!
This place is awesome! We've been here twice and the place doesn't disappoint. The owner remembered us from the last time we were there and the staff is always friendly! Hidden behind the chick fila but it's a must try!
Saw that Mona Fresh Italian Food restaurant opened and looked up the menu online. When I found they offered gluten free pasta, vegan sauce, with 5 veggies of my choice I got there as soon as I could! Everything was great and delish! I'm sure the other sauces are just as great. I see another visit soon!
An absolute must! If not in Katy, TX it IS WORTH the trip!!! I’m mind blown and my pallet is savoring the next visit!
Good food, good ambiance. Very nice build your own pasta place. Staff and management are friendly and welcoming. Restaurant itself is very clean and well kept. Beautifully decorated.
