I had a satisfying experience at Ramen Jin. The Tonkotsu ramen, priced at $10.90 with a $4.10 tip, offered good value for money. The ambiance was pleasant, with clean surroundings and great music. The overall taste of the food was excellent, although I found the pork to be slightly aged.
The people working here are very nice and polite. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with extra noodles, you gotta ask for the spicy powder and "broth" extra boiling hot.
Overall the price is good, they haven't really raised the price much (only by around a dollar) since inflation at only $10.90 on August 2023. Self-service style, so tip isn't required.
Tonkotsu broth is still consistent and milky, feels like it's missing something tho. However this you can ask for minced garlic and spicy powder to give extra flavor.

Nice place for ramen! Food is as great and it wasn’t crowded at all. With there was a little bit more decor as the place felt a little drab. Portions are awesome but the ramen was slightly bland. I personally like food on all ranges of flavor, so it was good for me. Great experience overall.
Overall the food was good compared to the price. Note that the shoyu ramen here doesn’t come with the original clear soup with the color of soy sauce like I usually get from other ramen places. The shoyu broth here is look like the miso broth. The takoyaki is good.
Vege ramen was good. The broth was creamy and on the sweet side.
I arrived hopeful and left impressed! I ordered the spicy miso veggie and added garlic flakes. This dish was delicious! Perfect for the fall weather. It’s great place to get a quick bite to eat. Aesthetics of the place and cleanliness got 5 stars. Staff is friendly and food was out quick! You order your food and drinks and pay before you sit with option to tip.

Better than most ramen shop in Houston
The food and appetizers were delicious!! Everything was super tasty and had amazing flavor. The food was very filling. The environment was relaxing and creates an enjoyable place to talk and eat. The service was great as well. Super sweet and friendly people.
The best place for Ramen in Houston! I cannot express how much I love this place after eating here my first time. The Tonkotsu Ramen was perfect, the egg and chashu were melt in your mouth good! I also ordered the Takoyaki (fried octopus balls) which has a very nicely balanced sauce. Despite being here as soon as they opened I received excellent customer service from Bryan. If I could give 6 stars I would.
2nd Visit: Again an excellent experience! I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and two orders of the Takoyaki. Ramen Jin is officially my favorite spot for lunch.
Umpteenth visit: I cannot advocate enough for this place! I've tried many ramen shops in the area and none come close to the consistency and quality of Ramen Jin. They have THE best Takoyaki in town. Thank you again Bryan!
A nice place for a quick bite. The service was friendly & fast. I had the Spicy Miso Ramen & replaced the ground pork with grilled pork, it was rich and very filling. I was just sad they don’t have cold noodles anymore & the meat options was limited. I tried to stay away from eating pork but they didn’t have chicken nor beef
The side items were the star of the menu. I wasn't super impressed with the ramen, as it was good, but just didn't have that bump like a few other renowned ramen/noodle houses boast. Overall it is located in an area with other cuisines, so, if you want ramen, this is an ideal place.
