I’m giving them 4 stars because all the other times I’ve ordered from this location my burger is right. Just came from this location literally minutes ago. My order is not difficult it’s a plain burger. Took It out of the bag and opened it up, has mustard on it. I can’t go back to get a new burger because work is too busy. Should of checked my burger before I left, that’s on me for assuming it was correct. The receipt even said plain on it.
Only been to the drive thru. Very nice and attentive staff. Accurate, and i always get all my items, and the food is always hot and good.
Long waits, which is not uncommon for a Whataburger. I arrived 2 mins after my online order was supposed to be ready, but it seemed like they didn't start making it until I got there and asked. I love our Texas Whataburgers, so I'm lax on the rating, but timeliness really needs improvement or Whataburgers will all go downhill in favor of In n Outs.
Good foods. They always get my order right.
One complaint is: please install awnings on your drive thru screen and windows. It was raining hard today and will be raining for the next several days. Do it right. Do it like other fast foods.
Seemed really busy but food came out on time. Delicious🤤👍🏽.

I don't normally write fast food reviews, only if it's a really good or bad experience.
However, these independent franchisees should be looking at these reviews. My experience today at this location was wonderful. I'm sure it had to do with the fact that, it was obvious, two of the managers were working behind the scenes with the rest of the team! I'm not sure if that's a daily occurrence, but the crew always shipshape!
My Burger, which I ordered on the app, was hot and fresh, and delivered to my table by one of the managers with a nice greeting!
I've been in four-star restaurants that didn't have this kind of service!
