I was one of the lucky few that was able to get an invite to the Local Guide event here. It was a great place tucked in the heart of Midtown. It has a grown up feel compared to it's other siblings in the area. The decor and ambiance is great. The drinks were also delicious! It's a great place to grab a drink or meet a friend. It has a sophisticated but fun and playful feel. Definite would recommend checking out this place.
Gage has a awesome happy hour and the bartender, Christine makes some marvelous drinks. The happy hour foods are filling and rather cheap. The drinks are crafty and eclectic. I had a great time here. Friendly bartenders and waitress. The atmosphere was chill and the environment is quaint and cozy. It's kind of a boutique bar. Modern designs
I love the decor here. It is very nice and modern. They have very knowledgable bar tenders here. I love it when you don't have to explain how to make a drink to someone. Good music selection. Compared to other bars in the area I like the feel here. It is more sophisticated. This is a great place to stop after work.
It's a great bar and on the night that I was there, the music was retro 80's and just plain fun. It was an outing with the Google Local Reviews group and included some mixology demo's by the bartenders. I would definitely come back here for drinks. And, here's a tip...Next door at Reef, the bar has great sliders during happy hour for like a buck a piece, I think. So grab some sliders, a drink and then, after, head next door for more cocktails at The Gage.
I hosted a day party here recently and was really impressed. The owner (Chris) and bar manager (Jessica) were very accommodating and allowed me a ton of freedom with furniture placement, decorations and music control.
Its definitely a hidden gem, just dont know for how long it'll stay this way. A ton of my friends asked for more information regarding this place afterwards. I honestly hope it keeps its chill appeal though. 5 stars.
Jessica helped us planned our office holiday party from start to finish. She is very proficient at party planning. Although she was understaffed, she made sure that our guests needs were met and that was noticed by many. I recommend Gage because the venue was great and the DJ was cool. Keep up the good work Jessica!
I came here for the 3rd Presidential Debate watch party hosted by Hillary for America. I'd never been before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The place is hip, has a really open layout, a great patio, and an unusually shaped bar- I kinda like it! The only think that keeps this from being a 5 star rating is the price! I paid $11 for a well vodka tonic. May it was just that price for the party, but it will certainly make me think twice before coming.
Atmosphere is high energy. bartenders are passionate and knowledge about craft drinks. ask any of them and they will share the history of a drink. they are friendly and drinks are delicious. great spot for a wknd hangout
I am not a big mixed drink guy but this place looked very interesting. I had a very good old fashioned. We were there for a private event so we did not have any food but the space was nice and the staff were super friendly.
This place is awesome! I came here on a Thursday and the place was a really nice spot to get a drink. The mixologist behind the bar is a real artist, I had some of the best drinks in my life that night! I highly recommend this spot
