First was great and dessert really hit the spot. The coffee was delicious, the turtle coffee and the regular drip coffee. I ordered the chicken fajita bowl and it was awesome. A very generous portion and it tasted like my own mother made it. We also had some cookies and they were great. Had no issues with the service. You place your order up front and they bring you your food.

Looooooooved my cake from Rustika! The cake was buttercream with banana foster filling…we all thought it was delicious. Will definitely be using them for my future cake orders.
I ordered chilaquiles with eggs. You have a choice on how you want your eggs cooked. It also came with black beans. The meal itself was really good and the size big enough to share or to have some to go. Minus 1 star because I also ordered a latte that never came, I had to remind them of it and still then they forgot so I ended up asking for a refund once my meal was over, disappointing because I was actually looking forward to trying it since it looked like it would come in a glass mug rather than a to go cup like most places.
Best chicken salad sandwich in Houston. The sandwich was huge. The only thing is sandwiches come with pita chips and they don't give you a lot of those. But I promise the sandwich will fill you up.😊 The baked goods look amazing but I was too full to try any. Today I had one of the lunch specials - Shrimp Paella Pablano. It was so good, grilled shrimp over rice with a creamy pablano sauce. It came with an amazing salad all for $13.95. see pics.
First visit. I have to say, we loved our meal and the Rustika coffee was delicious. Will definitely be back. We didn't try their desserts but bought the Cuvee Coffee Beans. Highly recommend. It's small but delicious and eclectic menu.

Visited on June 2022. The blend of cultures mixed perfectly into the dishes. The food was SO SO good. It filled us up, for sure! Delicious. The prices were worth it for such high quality. Will absolutely be coming back.
Excellent food and bakery. Matzo ball soup was lemony and the matzo ball was a bit smushy. But the chicken salad sandwich was made on freshly baked bread and house, and head Citrus mixed into it which gave it a nice tank. The salad had almonds, hearts of palm, spring mix, Barry's, and tomatoes. Very good. Soups are exceptionally good at this place but not if you're trying to watch your diet as they can be quite Rich. Presentation was wonderful. See the pictures! Plus it is quiet.
Love this place. We had a cake emergency and were suggested Rustika by a friend. Rustika came to our rescue and even asked when we needed the cake so that it would be the freshest when picked up. The cake was beautiful and so delicious. Everyone ate it down to the crumbs. Thank you Rustika for helping us save our birthday celebration.
