Drove 90 miles to try Korean BBQ. I have to say this place lives up to the hype. I did my research and they've made the top of many notable Houston food lists. I recommend to anyone ready to try Korean BBQ. The staff is helpful and the prices are very decent for the quality you are getting! Be ready to feast that's all I have to say.

Friendly restaurant where you grill your meat on the dining table. Food was delicious. Service was entertaining and informative. 🤣😀

I used to go to another Korean restaurant. With the new management taking over this place, I wanted to give it a try. Now this is my favorite Korean BBQ place in Houston. The best thing in this restaurant is awesome service. Servers and waitresses are very friendly, helpful, and quick. Their food quality is awesome as well. I have tried several dishes so far, and I haven't found anything that I didn't like. I have been sick and tired of very poor service at most of the Korean restaurants. Now I know where to go!!!

One of the long lasting Korean BBQ restaurant in Houston, this place has been here for a while now. It feels like they are changing the targeted customer as they have this $20 all-you-can-eat skewers where the things on the whiteboard are all-you-can-eat but all the sides and everything else is priced accordingly. Another thing is that there's no English on the board, it's written in Chinese as the bigger font with Korean on the side. Please note that you can still get the regular Korean BBQ here. But I'm here to talk about the Korean BBQ dinner visit. I've seen the meat price slowly rising up and now it has come to a stopping point. One of the thing is that the service used to be non-existent but now they actually cook the meat for you. The side dishes are plentiful and they would refill it on specific request. As for the rice, it will be one bowl per person still if you ordered the BBQ meat and you would need to pay for extra rice. The quality of the food is good enough but there are other BBQ place with a slightly lower price range but it would be a further drive. Over all, the regular Korean BBQ is still good if you want to have it and don't feel like driving further down to other competitions. I will come back and try the Chinese style skewer all-you-can-eat next time.

There is this Asian subculture in this town that I never knew about. Bars and restaurant that only advertise in Asian newspapers in Asian language only. I found this place in one of those Korean newspapers in circulation around town. You gotta read Korean to know what the ad says. (What the specials are) I don't know if it was time of day or the day but I really liked this place. The side dishes were authentic and main dish is great on some days but one day I got something weird. I guess they need to work on their consistency and quality control. Or it could be that they think you're westernized and try to alter the taste (less hot, less fishy, etc) and it comes out to something barely edible. I like this place and I visit it regularly.

My husband and I had our first date there 20 years ago (later moved away for about 10 years) and they are still there though I have no idea whether it's the same managment. Anyway, they are our "go-to" place for Korean food. We almost always go for lunch since their lunch menu is pretty extensive and relatively cheap for Korean food and their banchan are tasty and reasonably varied. We've eaten in lots of other Korean restaurants...many in Houston and the SF bay area and some in other places including LA and Seoul and Nam Gang is as good as any though I can't really say there is anything that strongly distinguishes them either! My high scoring mostly reflects an excellent experience for the price at lunch.

Without a doubt one of the most decent Korean restaurants in the Houston area. They grill your cuts / ribs right there infront of you. Tons of sides dishes but only i can remember is kim-chi (of course) apart from the pickled mushrooms. All round solid solid place!!! Keep the Kim-Chi flag flying!!!!!
