The food is always good. If I go during lunch, which is when I usually do, the drive thru line is always long.
Love the food and decor. Unfortunately they are not able to open their dining room after 5pm
Went here today , and I must say It was a pleasant experience. Great customer service and Awesome Food. My bake potato was made to my liking. Hot and Well cooked with no fat on the meat. Best place
Service was excellent! Took off a star because I felt their sides can be a bit too spicy. I just don’t have a high tolerance for spice - and didn’t realize the cream corn has like green peppers in it?? Definitely don’t remember that from the visit at the Westheimer location, BUT the macaroni & cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had, so that makes up for it! Their chicken breast was also very flavorful!
I received great and fast customer service and the food was really good. Not crowded on a Monday afternoon. Place looks neat and clean.
Chicken is smokey and delicious. Mac & Cheese is creamy and cheesy. The burger was cooked perfectly with bacon that was actually crispy.

I asked for tossed salad with meat. I got the chefs salad after asking so many questions to determine what was right for me.
Through the drive through the speaker kept adding what comes on the salad what doesn't come on the salad. First she said 3 things then she kept adding what was standard. I conclude she didn't know for sure. But foe the price pls be sure.
I waited for this place to open to geta salad i was disappointed by the disregard from the speaker. She laughed at our misunderstanding and miscommunication. I got to the front the manager took my order but rang up a chefs salad when i wanted a salad with meat added. They definitely confused me!
Went 2 Pappa's BBQ. I got a cheese burger & fries. They were very well seasoned & tasted good. My only complaint was it cost me $ 12, a little pricy 4 me. I want 2 give them the benefit of doubt & know what kind of quality of meat they use 4 their burgers. Would I come here again ? Probably not
Very first time eating at Pappas. I ordered 12 wings not exactly sure what the flavor is, I needed a lot more heat but overall I have a new wing spot. Thanks Pappas for being generous on the ranch.
They were quick, efficient and got my order right (it's the main problem with take out).
Food and customer service is usually good. However, my chopped beef baked potato hasn't been as big as I'm accustomed to the last few times.
