Went there for my anniversary. It was spectacular. Our server, Tony, was very accommodating. He gave us suggestions for our daughter’s meal and had it made to order. She was pleased.
I’m a big escargot fan but these were not my favorite. Too many herbs and not enough butter for my tastes, but my daughter managed to soak up the juices with the bread. My Halibut was superb and the risotto excellent. Perfection!
There will always be things on a menu that I won’t order again, so that has never been a reason for me not to return. This felt like many a place I have dined in Paris. Loud and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will put this on my high rotation of restaurants.
The food is consistently delicious. The ambiance is the best in the area, and the service is always on point. I went twice yesterday because I just love the place. The manager, Tommy is rad! The servers are always so accommodating and friendly. Just an all around great hangout. Its my go to in my neighborhood!

The people and the food were very nice. It is a very good dinner date location. Only concern is if you have issues with smoking you might want to sit inside cause there were a LOT of smokers seating outside.
Great spot to be social, drink and eat. Great service. The staff were friendly and helped customize a couple plates in order to accommodate my diet.

On a quick trip to Houston, my friends highly recommended we go to Toulouse for dessert and a night cap. I'm glad we did.
The restaurant is situated in a high-end outdoor mall in a very nice part of town. As it was a nice fall evening on a Saturday, the place was packed. I would say make reservations just in case, especially for the outdoor seating. Sitting outside among the lighted trees and live music was like being transported to a cafe in France. There were people walking their dogs, shoppers, and the well-dressed patrons of the night all around us.
The service was wonderful, and the desserts were divine. We ordered the Creme Brulee and Profiteroles. The Creme Brulee wasn't overly sweet and was served with lemon gelato and berries. As for the Profiteroles, It was my lucky night because the gelato of choice was pistachio, my favorite. The Profiteroles were like a Creme puff filled with gelato and drizzled with chocolate. It's absolutely amazing.
We didn't get a chance to try any of the main dishes, but I would definitely come back again for dinner. However, if you are looking for a chic European dessert spot to end your night, make sure to stop by Toulouse.
Second time at this restaurant .I like it because it has an outdoor area with live music which makes it very lively ..Our server Kate was very soft spoken and polite .I liked the chanel No 6 drink either the glass it came in. The linguini wasn’t tasty but beef bourguignon and Risotto tasted good. We got shots which costs $230 for 6 person which I thought was overpriced . Overall an okay restaurant .
Toulouse is delicious French cuisine available at a high-but-fair price tag. Each course is lovely, and I highly recommend this restaurant! First, the butter (6/5) that comes with the complimentary bread service is habit-forming (5/5) And, yes, you probably will want to order seconds!
My favorite appetizers are the lobster tacos and the cheese plate, both photographed below. The tacos, which are amazingly tasty (6.5/5), are a must-have at less than $20! The cheese plate is enough for multiple people and has a nice balance of cheeses, fruits, jams, and nuts.
For my entree, I had the ham and cheese quiche (photographed below), which the chef perfectly prepared. (5/5)
Lovely spot for fine dining and French cuisine. Celebrated my friend’s birthday and we were treated to live music outside. It was such a lovely vibe. The food was okay- a bit under seasoned for my taste and the prices are on the high end with small portions. The servers were friendly and patient.
Great French restaurant! Service was good from the valet to the dining experience. Food didn’t take too long to be ready and it tasted delicious. I recommend the risotto au champagne, the shrimp was very fresh. You can sit either in or out the restaurant. I chose to sit inside because of the hot weather that day, and also the outside is better for people who smoke.
Very noisy indoors.
Outdoors maybe if they have giant fans that blow moist air all around, it wouldve been ok to sit out during this hot weather season.
They gave us free bday cake with ice cream for the celebrant and it was a special cake of the day made by the chef. It wasnt available regularly on the menu. It was soo good.
This place is always packed so always try to make reservations. Will try brunch next time.
This was a very nice restaurant. Our server Tony was great. We started with the rose all day punch which was great, the more the berries melt the better. This was followed by the brie appetizer, also outstanding. I got the French toast and my friend got the crab cake Benedict. We both agreed the French toast was on par with our other items, fantastic. However, she wasn't the biggest fan of the crab cakes. She mentioned it lack a touch of seasoning and one egg was over cooked. These were small issues and we both would love to come back.
