Best place ever... I love the food and I love how they treat you there it's the best I have had and a long time I just hate it's not open later like till 8 but no matter I'll buy 40 dollars just so I can have there food later

Continues to one be of the best diners on the Northside. If you are not familiar with Frank's Grill this is like a better spin off from Frank Han himself. Truly do believe you have to come here if you are in the north. Servers are super nice and give you that old fashioned diner greeting and feeling. I haven't had one bad thing here and there is so much to choose from! I recommend the secret menu that is bacon egg and cheese on a yeast roll. And the Cajun fries are some of the best I've had ever!! The hot chicken sandwich one of the best in Houston, and it's hot!
I have been coming here for about 8 years now. Good quality and consistent diner food. The place is always clean, and the ladies working are always polite. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles, their breakfast special, and their mozzarella sticks.
This has become me and my husband’s favorite breakfast spot. Not only is the food amazing but the staff is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly so this place feels like home.

My first time here and definitely my new favorite breakfast spot! IHOP and Cracker Barrel have nothing on here. The food feels like home and delicious! I had the meat lovers omelette and a chocolate chip waffle. My boyfriend had French toast and all of the food was yummy. The service was very prompt and the food came out within 10 minutes. Can’t wait to bring my family here.
The diner you knew from childhood! The serving sizes are great! Service is amazing as they catered to me every so often. Located in a quiet area right off the freeway with parking. Food is what is familiar
I really enjoyed the food here, wings were crispy and the breakfast was delicious. At 1st I felt they were a little pricey however when I saw the amount I quickly understood. Large portions! My eggs were not as hot as I like them but my waitress heated them up and I was pleased. Would definitely recommend Hanz.

Well, let me start out by saying, Lisa, the waitress, was a breath of fresh air. So attentive, funny and made everyone feel welcome. The food, very good. My wife is picky about breakfast, it's not her favorite and to find a place to do eggs the way she likes is truly a find. She had the Sunny California Avocado Sandwich and it was perfect. I had the amazingly huge chicken fried steak and eggs. It was so good and way to much to finish. We will definitely be back and try them for lunch.
Good breakfast place better than the overpriced ones downtown with a two hour wait time. Chicken and waffles tasted great and had no problems with the staff
