It’s pretty much the same as every other Cheesecake Factory. Always good, always clean, always good service. It’s in a fancy mall.

One chain restaurant that earns high marks with consumers is Cheesecake Factory. Easily a notch above the norm, Cheesecake Factory can be counted on for quality food, a nice atmosphere, and generally good service at most locations.

This Cheesecake Factory location immediately adjacent to Memorial City Mall offers an elegant atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, a full bar, and a large space so that, if you do end up waiting for a table, the wait shouldn’t be long. The lighting is soft, but depending on when you go and the crowds at the time, it can get loud so plan accordingly.
They do offer valet parking if you want it, and there is a separate kids menu and plenty of vegetarian options- all pluses in my book.

For food, Cheesecake Factory prides itself in variety. They serve a wide assortment of foods from burgers to pasta to breakfast to Chinese to pizza. I normally like having options, but I admit that the number of menu choices at Cheesecake Factory is a bit much. I changed my mind three or four times when I look at the menu because, with so many choices, it is tough to narrow down. The same is true with the cheesecake part of the menu. The number of options is overwhelming and it can get very difficult to make up your mind.

I like the food at Cheesecake Factory and this location does score high marks for food quality. It seems like there are more chicken dishes than anything and I have been pleased with the quality of the food overall. On a recent visit, I ordered the Parmesan Crusted chicken with whipped potatoes and green beans. It was quite nice and just enough to leave me feeling full but not stuffed. The other family members liked their food too, including the complimentary, assorted breads they bring you to start you off.

Thinking about my experiences at this specific Cheesecake Factory, I can think of one area for improvement, and that is the service. Our waiter took far too long to return to our table to take our order- so long, in fact, that I was close to walking to the front and asking them to track him down. Another issue I had was with drink orders- one of the people at my table ordered a drink that was never received and they had to get the bill adjusted, because they were charged for it anyway.

Cheesecake Factory is a good restaurant for a chain and this location next to Memorial City Mall is still a nice place to dine overall. A little more attention to service would make all the difference and until they improve this, I’m going to give this location a slightly better than average rating overall, about a point lower than it would otherwise be.

Great juicy Americana Burger with fries. Simple and juicy and filling @ app $14. Loved it.

The Tiramisu was undoubtedly mouth watering and loved it every bit.

Lovely experience

They have a gigantic menu, how can it possibly all be good. Well it probably can't, but I've had enough good things here to keep me coming back. Of course it goes without saying the cheesecake is epic. My latest fav is the red velvet cheesecake with a good blend of moist cake and creamy cheesecake. White chocolate curls and the whip cream finish off the dessert. Now on to the food. This another place where I almost always get the same thing cause it's that good. At times the execution can be improved on, but the dish itself is a good one. The herb crusted salmon with homemade mashed potatoes a lemon butter sauce and grilled asparagus. It's a huge portion (or you can go with the half version, but why?). I've unfortunately been served the asparagus without the stalks trimmed which made for a pretty unsavory bite, but the rest of it was all good.

IMPROVING. This location is way better than the one in the Galleria. There is a large outdoor dining area and located next to Target. My meal was up to par.

Cheesecake Factory’s Aatmosphere is fantastic and was a great place to eat with our family and friends. The food is great I ordered Carne Asada, and my Wife a Chinese salad and for dessert cheesecake and a cup of cappuccino. Everything was delicious as expected, the prices are fine and the staff did an excellent job. I highly recommend it.

My Daughter & her BFF had dinner there on Sunday night and brought me home a plate. OMG…The best Meatloaf, Corn & Mashed Potatoes that I’ve almost ever eaten from anyone. Hug your Chef & Cooks for me. Amazing flavor.

Cheesecake Factory......a treat, like maybe once a year. Lol. Ordered the Chicken pesto with mashed potatoes and green beans. Chicken grilled, not dry, with a garlic-pesto thick sauce on top. Mashed potatoes with peel in them (not my preference) but smooth and creamy. Green beans fresh, seasoned and just crunchy enough to enjoy. Great atmosphere, clean in all areas, friendly and attentive staff. Took home a Key Lime Cheesecake slice......what a delight! Definitely worth a visit, maybe more than once a year! Treat yourself!

We had brunch for my birthday at the Cheesecake Factory Memorial City. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious. We usually don't go here for breakfast and I'm glad it started our day out right! Our server was Tomas, the bartender, and he was very attentive and courteous. He took very good care of us even when he was busy at the bar.
