For the best service sit at the bar! Larry (bartender) is awesome! I work in the same building and therefor end up eating here often. I enjoy that the menu changes a bit with the season to keep me from getting in an ordering rut. The edamame dumplings are amazing. I also enjoy the quinoa inside out burger, poke bowl, and curry.
This is the third time I've been to the restaurant. I have enjoyed everything I've eaten. The Butternut squash pizza by far my favorite. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is inviting and upbeat. It's trendy and upscale, offering a healthy alternative without skimping on taste. I will be back!
I have a severe peanut allergy and this restaurant was incredibly accommodating towards my dietary restrictions. The food was SO incredible and a highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthy option. I personally enjoyed the grass-fed burger the most, but the spaghetti squash casserole is also a fantastic option!
Delicious clean food with several gluten-free options, amazing service and the best desserts. Their manager Ken is beyond welcoming & friendly, Brent is generous, accommodating & always smiling..

Holy! My mother is vegan so choosing this restaurant was because of the variety of options and highly rated food. My expectations were annihilated! The food was fantastic the service was wonderful and their drink menu was varied and beautiful! Definitely returning and rating it a must visit!

Great date night with my wife!! This is the best meal that I’ve had prior to other visits. The waiter and manager were very kind. Salmon portion could have been a little bigger lol but the flavors were spot on.
I have been here sooo many times and every time is a great experience. I have never had bad service. Seasonal burata has a unique taste to it, so if you want something different try this!
You can’t go wrong with guacamole! The edamame guac is a must! As far as entrees, the spicy Panang curry bowl with chicken 10/10!! So flavorful! The grilled sustainable salmon is well seasoned and it’s a large portion! If you like mushrooms, highly recommend the spinach and mushroom pizza! Chicken and sausage pizza is also great!! Definitely recommend coming here. The atmosphere is nice and quiet!
My husband and I live within walking distance of True Food Kitchen. It has been such a welcome addition to our restaurant rotation! From the moment you walk in, friendliness abounds. Angel greets us with a terrific smile and gets us seated in a fast and courteous manner. Yusur has quickly become our favorite server. She defies the odds by ALWAYS being upbeat and gives off a wondrously warm vibe. Love her! Now, for the food, it is healthy and so delicious...two things that don't typically reside in the same dish. I adore the chicken sausage pizza and the turtle sundae, but have yet to meet a dish that I don't enjoy at True Food Kitchen. A special shout out to Ken, who shows us love no matter how busy the restaurant is. From the food to the staff to the ambiance, you will thank yourself for choosing True Food Kitchen.

The food was excellent! The edamame dumplings were bright and fresh on the tastes buds. I had the seasonal harvest salad. My dining companion had the southwest bison sausage pizza. You could savor the food without being overwhelmed by seasonings or sauces. The Jasmine green tea and peach lemonade were absolutely delicious drinks. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The manager even came by to check on our dining experience. It was wonderful. We will be returning to try more items on the menu.
Decor was great service was even greater and the food was amazing. Nothing more needs to be said. The steak was great and the watermelon salad, amazing. Beverages are worth every penny
