Amazing authentic Chinese food place! It was a nice place with nice people! I ordered 2 retro spicy beef tendon noodles with my husband. And we chose spicy level 3, the owner warned us it would be spicy but we didn’t listen😂 it was pretty spicy! So if you will order the same thing and if you’re not good at spicy food, you can choose level 1 or 2. I am Korean and I’m pretty good at eating spicy food but I think level 3 was the maximum I can enjoy the food. If it was more spicy I might would not be able to enjoy the taste🥵. But the noodle was really savory and delicious. Beef tendon was amazing too! I really wanna go back next time!

Quite literally my favorite meal in the world. Season's spicy beef noodle soup is unique compared to traditional Taiwanese style spicy beef noodle soups, but in my opinion it's far better. The spicy broth is so flavorful and addicting-- I finish it every time. Heat level can be adjusted (level 0-5) depending on your tolerance. The noodles are the perfect texture and consistency. For side dishes, I get either the popcorn chicken or the chili oil dumplings-- both are outstanding. I eat Season's at least 1-2x a week, but I could honestly eat it every single day. Chef Brian cooks up magic!

The LITERAL definition of a hidden gem. Season’s is a restaurant tucked away in Chinatown that delivers some of the best, authentic Taiwanese dishes in Hawaii. My girlfriend and I ordered a beef/tendon family recipe noodle soup, Taiwanese popcorn chicken, and chili pork/chive dumplings. The food was delicious and seasoned to perfection. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience here, and I hope this restaurant gets more recognition!

Food was great. Owner, I assume, was very attentive to how we handle the spice. Very friendly. Definitely worth a repeat. There are 5 levels of spice. I only tried 2 and 3. Will try 4 next time since the owner doesn't recommend 5 unless you know what you are putting in your mouth.

The popcorn chicken was the best I've ever had! The basil leaves were so crisp and fried. The chicken was well seasoned and had the perfect crunch that'd make any texture-loving foodie happy. Highly recommend dining in-person for peak freshness. The owner was also super friendly and gave us an education on what makes their food so authentic for Taiwanese cuisine! Their beef noodle broth is also comforting and hits the spot on a chilly/rainy day.

I've spent a year and a half living in Taiwan. The food from here almost brought tears to my eyes. It was like ordering from local Taiwanese restaurants, same flavor, same authenticity. Even the same somewhat numbing sting from the spicy dumpling chili oil that I'm used to. I just needed the sound of a million scooters and extreme heat to complete the experience 😂. Highly recommended. Do yourself a favor and eat from here. Ordered: Classic Taiwanese beef noodle soup, wonton with chili oil, fried squid balls, and stir fried cabbage with garlic Francisco ordered:

One of my go-to spots when I need some Taiwanese food here in Hawaii. Usually, I get the Beef Noodle Soup, and the excellent flavor reminds me of times in Taiwan when I'm eating it. The beef is tender, and the noodles are silky and chewy, so I always finish the bowl. The owner is a great guy always enjoy having a conversation with him. I definitely will be coming back again.

Located inside the Chinese Cultural Plaza. Authentic Taiwanese beef noodle soup. They had an extensive menu but I only had the noodles. The noodles tasted freshly made along with a few slices of brisket and mustard greens. A little expensive for what you get. Pictured is a large bowl - $15

Good food, nominal price and good quality and quantity. If you are not in the habit of eating hot food try be choose level 2 or below. If you level 3 or more you will sweat all the time. One of the best place to have Taiwan cuisine.
