Same DQ with Orange Julius that you remember. Accessible even if not military. Go on in the Navy Commissary sliding doors and take the escalator or stairs up to second floor. To the right of the NEX door is the food court open to all. The Dairy Queen is easy to find and the counter person was friendly and helpful.

This is and will always be my gongo for ice cream. I can remember qay back when, before DQ even served food....it was ice cream only!😎

My wife and I always love dairy queen ice cream cones that are dipped in chocolate. They are delicious. The truth!

Typical DQ food. Tastes good, fast service, nice workers. Been here before, will go back. Of note ), this DQ is inside the NEX, on the second floor.
