Just arrived in Oahu on vacation, tired and hungry. My wife and I had a tasty meal then left. Nothing to write home about but we were satisfied. I remarked to my wife that the young lady who served us, who was now in the back, waved to us goodbye as we were leaving and I thought that was nice and pleasant.
Thing is, I didn't notice that I left my cross body bag which contained our passports and trip money.
Several hours later, I received a call on my cell phone from them saying that they had found my bag and were sorry they had to open it to see if any info was available for them to contact me. I got there within 10 minutes of that call and was able to retrieve my bag, WITH ITS CONTENT INTACT! I was so overwhelmed to have lost my stuff and found it again that I did not get their names (plus I knew they were busy), but I want to thank you girls so much! You made my day, surely my week and perhaps more if I'd lost our passports! Thank you!!! I hope you see this message!
People reading this, don't hesitate to leave a positive comment if you've had a good experience here, I see a lot of complainers, but it doesn't reflect my experience.
Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies milkshake! For milkshakes with cookies or other additions, they should use a bigger straw. Milkshake was difficult to drink with the straw provided.
I like their chicken teriyaki bowl, but the portions have gotten smaller while the price has gone up! And it tastes saltier too. Although I've found it VARIES by location. Find the JIB restaurant you like and then try to stick with them!
Fries were soggy and I think McDonald's has better fries. The burger was good and tasted fresh. They messed up my order and I really wanted a macadamia nut shake for the first time but they gave me iced coffee but charged me for the shake. Somewhat my fault for not checking the box but that was also a huge error on their part.
Good cheap eats in Honolulu. I hadn't been to a Jack in the Box in a long time. This one definitely lived up to my expectations!
What I like best about this location, is that the dining room is almost always empty.
Food was great. Service with a smile. Dining room was closed tho, had to walk thru the drive thru.

My husband and I rarely change our orders at Jack's. It's one of the 3 fast food joints that are open 24 hours after covid. Although the menu is the same island wide, this location just seems to pay closer attention and the food comes out fresher.
I went ordered from the drive-through, and the order was prepared quickly. Except I received a spicy chicken sandwich and not the one I ordered, which was the homestyle ranch chicken club combo.
Our food was hot, which is always worth the wait.
