Unfortunately, Zippy's changed the Orange Bang and Lilikoi drinks. I got the Lilikoi yesterday and it was very watered down and tasted more like a Lilikoi flavored Tea. Blech!!
Soooooo... everything except for the drinks is GREAT IMHO. =D
Always one of my first stop when traveling back in the island to visit my family. I just want to order all of my favorites in one seating, but unfortunately my stomach won’t let me.

The counter guy Clark is really nice and efficient! He makes going to this Zippy's a pleasure. There are several curbside service parking spaces, which are in the rear of the restaurant off of Puuhale. Every time I go in they are cleaning, which makes me very confident on the quality of food from this place.

The Workers are absolutely the best and always so Patient. There's a young boy there named Russo I think, a mellow old soul with a heart of gold and always smiling... 😀
Store trainer Ronald hands down sold me on being a follow up customer. This was my first time going to zippys (I am a white sergeant of Marines newly stationed on island). I was treated with nothing but kindness, hospitality, and knowledge of the culture going into the cuisine. Ronald walked me through the menu and highlighted meanings of the items culturally and still kept the meal for my family affordable. Despite being non-local I was treated like family and around here lately it's been anything but. I will be returning religiously to zippys as a customer. Food and presentation was incredible, customer service was remarkable, this is anything but fast food!
I'll make this quick and simple as we all gotta get that food for our hangry partners. 🤙

This location is wonderful it’s a 5 star Zippys restaurant all the Staff is Spontaneously Terrific with good Customer Service and the Employees take initiative to a fast pace to get your Food ready, the place is also clean and the Food is Spectacular Delicious….❤️❤️❤️

Curbside pickup is available at the Kalihi location, very convenient. Use their app, after parking let them know through the app that you're there, along with your parking spot number. You can even send them a last minute message at that time, such as asking for utensils or extra napkins.
This Zippy's I highly recommend this to anyone who has a desire for Korean chicken salad or cakes. Or oxtail soup, Zippy's is the best for your trip, prices are very fair especially if you don't have anything expensive in mind for food.
Fried chicken and spaghetti plate from Zippy's was great! The go-to meal should be the Korean chicken plate though.
