We stopped in here for a shopping break while at Ala Moana. Good quality creamy gelato, generous scoops and crunchy waffle cones. Staff were very friendly.
Dessert. Best Gelato goes to The Nordstrom Gelato Bar in HI. I ordered Vanilla Bean flavored Gelato to be on the safe side, then I ordered the cookies and cream Gelato and later that night went back for the Green Tea Gelato.It's that Amazing. Silky smooth heaven. It feels like it disappears after it enters your mouth. It’s lite in texture, refreshing,with a clean feeling after eating it.try it!

Great gelato at a reasonable price. I appreciate that you are able to split a single scoop without paying for two scoops! The waffle cone and chocolate dipped cones are a great addition and have a slight hint of cinnamon.
They also provide water cups if asked free of charge which may be needed to wash down the gelato.
Seating is only outside which is half covered so depending on the time of day it may be on the warmer side but there are ample seats for different sized parties.
Great selection of tasty Gelato . It’s a must when your have been walking around the centre and need to sit down and have a cool treat.
Who knew about this gem that Nordstrom had their own Gelato stand!!! How fun! The staff were excellent in customer service. Even witnessed smooth and caring service with an Autistic child and mom. The gelato was okay, not Rome level though a fun treat.
I love bringing the kids to eat here because they are free to eat and run around with ample space and light foot traffic. The staff at the bar are awesome! Oh and the Gelato is good too :D
This is a very good gelato shop that is the sane as the famous Italian gelato shop in Rome. Quality ingredients with high quality milk. Whenever I come to Ala Moana, I can’t miss this place.

This is the place to get ice cream in Ala Moana Center.
Bottom Line: Friendly service, great taste, nice size serving. Down Side: A bit pricey but than again what isn't at Ala Moana.
I good place to get dessert if you don't like the choices at the restaurants nearby. I like their Kona Coffee gelato.
I rarely give 5 stars to a business. But the manager is always super knowledgeable and remembers which flavors I like. The staff is always quick, efficient, and polite.
And the gelato is delicious! Really full of flavored, and much denser than ice cream. But what I love the most about their gelato is the texture. It has a perfectly soft pull to it.
